Family and friends friendly restaurant with lots of choices of dishes.
I would give a 3 stars, but give an extra star for the late night service! Not the best, but will always come for late night meals!
Cash only, food is still good and comforting but the value has gone down.

The No.9 Restaurant offers a mix of experiences. The food can be impressive, with dishes like beef with choi sum noodles and fried S/P tofu receiving praise for their flavors and presentation. However, the portion sizes and prices may be a letdown. The waitstaff is friendly, but the restaurant falls short in some areas, making it a mediocre choice for a premium price.
The restaurant is open 24/7 and accepts cash only. The fried noodles and beef are decent, and the bartender Rusha is wonderful. For a large party, the round table with a lazy susan may be too crowded, and the staff may not offer to change the table arrangement. The food, including BBQ pork, roast pork, roast duck, pork knuckle, beef stew, salted fish and chicken fried rice, BBQ pork fried rice, tofu with shitake mushroom and choy, Westlake beef soup, seafood tofu soup, eggplant and pork, sweet and sour pork, and garlic spinach, received mixed reviews, with some dishes being better than others.
