The service was great but the food was bad on both taste and value :/

The meat was missing the greek flavour. The feta was or looked like salt and not much of it. I was not offered dressing for the greek salad. Very disappointing.

I bought the beef souvlaki platter, and the beef was tough, chewy, and stome cold.
I don't recommend.

Opa portion of fries is ridiculous 17 fries for additional 6.10 . Put more fries this is ridiculous

the service was horrible and when my little brother went to ask for a cup of ice water, they straight up said they had no ice?? Which fast food restaurant has no ice??? How does a fountain drink machine have no ice?

The food was nice, but the portion size was very disappointing. You pay extra for only a couple small pieces of meat on top of $12-15 per person

Absolutely disgusting experience. This place is a total scam. I paid for a meal and they gave me half of the food. The worker was rude, completely unbothered, and acted like I was the problem for asking where the rest of my order was. She did not care about customers. So cheap they could not even give me a little bit more ingredients. Save your money, this place is straight-up trash.

Standard Opa at a mall. This food court is pretty new with lots of seating. Usually pretty good wait times. The falafel wrap is good! The fries here are amazing!

I recently ate at OPA! and was disappointed with the quality of the food. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, the presentation was unappealing, and unfortunately, the taste was quite bland. I expected more based on previous experiences with the brand. Hope they can improve on quality and freshness.

I went there a few days ago, at 840 pm and while all the other restaurants in the food court were open, these guys had already started cleaning and when I asked if I could order something, they said “sorry we are closed”. You’re supposed to be open till 9pm. Why start cleaning and shutting down operations at 840 pm?

If you’re not going to be open till the hour you claim you’re open, then change your hours. I wasted 20 minutes to drive there, get there before closing only to be turned away.

Awful all around and I will not be back. There’s better Greek food out there.

I ordered the Spanakopita ... terrible. I think they went in the back and microwaved a frozen pie.. took it out and put it on the grill for a minute or 2. This ended up being a luke warm rubber boot, soggy mess. If you cant pull off one of the most basic greek dishes..then don't sell it !! Took it back, to the counter and walked away. The manager did nothing.This is at Richmond centre mall. I have been to other Opa stores, and it has been fine. The problem I believe is this location... needs training, and a proper manager.

Had to be the dryiest plate of food I've eaten in a while.
Rice=dried out like been sitting for several hours.
Potatoes= like eating sand.
Chicken= been under a heat lamp all day
Lamb= how dare you 😤 😒

This was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had from a food court. The lamb tasted like rubber and was completely overcooked, on top of that it was the fatty parts of the lamb so it was chewy and tasted really bad. Overpriced and not worth it. I recommend you never eat here.

The food was sub-par. I’ve had OPA! before at other places but this was quite disappointing. I ordered the lamb platter and added a chicken skewer.
The rice was dry and bland.
The Greek salad was also bland. The feta cheese was a sparse, dry powder - gross. It’s supposed to be chunky and plentiful.
The meat was also dry and tough.
The only thing I liked about my meal was the pita bread and the tzatziki.
I won’t be dining there again, sadly.

Came yesterday around 6 pm and ordered a shrimp skewer with a side of rice. As soon as I sat down and bit into the shrimp I realized it wasn’t cooked properly so I had to spit it out and stop eating completely so I don’t get sick. I then went back to the OPA and told them and instead of refunding me my shrimp AND rice since it was contaminated, they attempted to refund me only for the shrimp. I told them I will not be able to eat the rice either because the raw shrimp touched the rice and the two girls working looked annoyed, had the worst attitude and acted like the refund was going to be coming out of their paycheque. They then kept looking me up and down and speaking a different language while I’m inserting my card into the machine.

Overall such bad service, terrible staff, disgusting food. Please be very cautious when eating here whether you get shrimp, chicken, or anything else really because you could seriously get sick. Also, stand up for yourself if these staff treat you as bad as they did to me or worse.
