I am a regular customer of their chicken croissant, so yummy 😀

We got the scallop shrimp croissant and the truffle chicken croissant- so delicious!!!! We will definitely be back.

I have ordered from this place for like over 10 times; the taste in their Americano Misto is weird out of two of those orders. Today, I ordered again, the barister came out from behind the machine literally like 5 seconds after I placed the order. Usually it takes like a few minutes to prepare cuz it needs to steam hot milk or something. Anyways, I left a tip and left with the coffee.

When I reached the office, I tasted it, it's SUPER bland like water, tasting like a-day old coffee. It has been the second time like this; the other eight times it was rich and good quality, and the difference is simply too obvious. I am pretty sure the guy today either gave me an old one, added crazy amount of water to dilute (or save budget, I don't know), or a lack of consistency in their coffee making. Whatever the reason, none of these is acceptable. I called to ask about it, and he denied it and said it was supposed to be like it. But I know THE taste after ordering 10 times there, and it is NOT the right taste, very very poor quality. I regretted leaving a tip; there's no service, attitude is bad, no greeting; the worst part is they serve with problematic coffee. I will never go back to this place.

I hope the owner can train employees better and provide ethical business practice. I used to really enjoy this place, a rare find in Richmond, and now it's heartbreakingly disappointing.

Their oat milk cold brew is amazing — smooth and creamy as well as their matcha latte. Always leaves me a better mood on my way to work ☕️🍂

I had an amazing experience at this brunch spot! The breakfast was absolutely delicious: everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The croissant was greatly made and served with thought.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They were quick to offer recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Highly recommend this place if you're looking to grab a quick bite and for outstanding service!

I have a soft spot for these types of small, simple, unassuming, honest to goodness, hole-in-the-wall type cafes, and this one is definitely a hidden gem.

I ordered the truffle chicken croissant ($10) and the signature fruit tea ($8) The server was friendly and food was fast and tasty. The croissant was warm and soft, with a good portion of chicken salad on a bed of salad. The truffle smell was balanced and added a nice fragrance.

Fruit tea was quite nice as well. Fruity, and mildly sweet.

The thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The takeout box came with plastic gloves so you could eat your sandwich without getting your hands dirty, and a plastic spoon so you could easily eat the fruit in your drink afterwards. This really reminded me of the type of mindfulness and consideration you find in Japanese culture.

I also really appreciate that they use a recognized brand of matcha, (Marukyu Koyamaen) and charge fair prices.

Atmosphere is of course in a semi-abandoned asian food court, so in that sense, it may not be ideal for some, but I think it has its own charm and fits the value expectation.

The coffee is good but the staff directly put 18% tips without asking. No seat in the cafe,it is located in a food court with very weak AC.

Very nice coffee with great scents of aroma and milk is truely fresh. Will definitely come back!

Maybe I hit a bad day but I’m very disappointed. The mango slush tastes like nothing, it’s not sweet or mangoey either. My friends Oreo milkshake was more like a soggy Oreo in milk than a shake. Paid $16 just to be disappointed
