I was a Dave’s customer….good food but also for the location and inside eating. Then when I got a birthday BOGO from Pajo’s and couldn’t resist the deal…..I’m a convert lol.
The cod fish and chips was so very authentic and yummy. I’m now dying to try other items.
Plus it turns out eating in the car on that cold rainy day was with a delightful view of the wharf, boats and water.

*UPDATE I sent them an email and they replaced my order which was 1000% better. I raised to three stars only because of the ordeal I had to go through
I wanted to like this place as I’ve heard good things but the fish was average (soggy spots), and the fries were absolutely inedible. Hard, cold, and extremely crunchy. Like they were both overcooked and stale. Disappointed.

I’ve heard this is a touristy place, but I had good, crispy, light battered fish here (compared to another nearby restaurant where people claim the locals go to), it is a bit pricy, but I guess that’s with everything nowadays..

I was very disappointed. I heard that the fish and chips here are popular, so I was looking forward to eating it. I received the food and ate it at a nearby seat, but the French fries were cold and not fresh at all. I think they gave me what they fried a long time ago. The fried fish was just good.
