Honestly....I'm not sure what the hype is all about. The fries were average. The halibut fish was average. It's very busy. There is no indoor starting so it's all outdoors with the birds and the bees. Almost got stung but that's the outdoors for you. I ate the food and it was average to me. Presentation looks good. But I wasn't impressed. Maybe I'm just not a Halibut person and I would have been better off with the red snapper.
Had a great lunch!!! Fast and Friendly Service (got there @ 11:30AM before the lunch rush). And bottomless fries (who could ask for more!! I know we did). Great views of the river and boats coming and going from the upper deck. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I was a Dave’s customer….good food but also for the location and inside eating. Then when I got a birthday BOGO from Pajo’s and couldn’t resist the deal…..I’m a convert lol.
The cod fish and chips was so very authentic and yummy. I’m now dying to try other items.
Plus it turns out eating in the car on that cold rainy day was with a delightful view of the wharf, boats and water.
