Seaside Fish and Chips were great…the batter on the fish was light and crunchy and the tartare sauce was amazing
Excellent service, great view, comfortable seating, fresh herbal peppermint lemon tea in a pot and quality Persian BBQ dish with a beautiful fresh salad.
The food, location and the view was phenomenal! Highly suggested!!

LAVASH SEASIDE GRILL offers amazing food and awesome views. The hummus was good and the Barbari bread was honestly one of the best. The Vaziri was excellent - juicy joojeh and tender loghmeh. The beryani and the zereshk polo ba morgh were tasty and fresh. Customers enjoyed a variety of other dishes, including seafood, vegetarian, and chicken options. The service is friendly and helpful, with excellent service from Zaki. The atmosphere is pleasant, making it a perfect spot for people-watching on the Steveston boardwalk. The owner, Tila, is a positive and pleasant person, contributing to the welcoming environment that encourages customers to return. The food and service were impeccable. Some of the best fish and chips, salmon and chicken curry.
