I went to their other location before but i would say that this place is better than their other locations
They often get so packed during the peak hours
Sometimes the food might take a little extra ling to come out

Pearl Castle is a GEM! Interesting, different Menu that's a cut above with above-average pricing! SO NICE to see Fried Oysters (炸蚵仔酥) on the Menu. Ordered them before, and the oysters did not disappoint this time! Nicely lightly battered, deep-fried, crispy! Good sized oysters that actually tasted like the ocean and as rich as the Menu price! DELICIOUS! Tried the Spicy beef brisket in Dry Pot(干鍋牛腩) with added pork belly slices. Very flavourful & super tasty! 😋 The dishes came neatly packaged in dainty boxes. If you are looking for quality (not quantity), this is the place! Five stars & two thumbs up!

Took half an hour from ordering to put a dish on table. Chicken nuggets came but the fried rice took another 15 minutes, it was a combo and they missed the 3 appetizers, which I had forgotten about as my friend already finished his beef noodle and I was already hangry and unable to eat when my combo finally completed.
4 servers; 3 of them stood around not helpful nor attentive at all.
Food taste is as expected; however not excellent for the price.

I ordered delivery from Pearl Castle Cafe, they serve Taiwanese food that is pretty on par with different Taiwanese restaurants. I do like their beef noodle soup, and tasty chicken nuggets. If you're in the area and want something quick and tasty I would recommend them.

It had been quite a while since my last visit to Pearl Castle Café, and the place looks almost exactly the same as it did over a decade ago. At least parking is still plentiful and free.

I came during winter, and the temperature inside was all over the place—either cold or hot, but never comfortably warm. I was seated right in front of the main door, so every time it opened, a cold draft rushed in. At the same time, there was a heater mounted above the entrance blasting heat directly onto me. Not the best combination.

We ordered personal-sized hot pots, so the food itself was nice and hot. The chicken knuckles, however, were over‑fried and too dry. The cold drink was fine, nothing special. Overall, the food quality isn’t what it used to be, and the service remains as mediocre as I remember.

Wide menu selection, fast and frendly service, and lots of drink options. The place is clean and spacious, with an open kitchen. Generous portion for $18, very fresh with plenty of vegetables. and You can order menu items as a combo. Parking available in front.

If you would to ask me if i would go there again? only if i was nearby one otherwise i won't bother ,nothing special about it.
The shrimp and pineapple had good walk flavours but the noodle i was very disappointed of the to charge almost $20 dollars for such a cheap noodle that you can by in the Dollarama.
The place was clean and semi busy the service was good.

This place has been open for a very long time, and its longevity really speaks to the consistency and quality it provides. Over the years, it seems to have built a strong reputation, and you can tell that many people continue to come back. The menu is impressively extensive, offering a large variety of dishes to choose from, so there’s truly something for everyone, no matter what you’re in the mood for. Everything I’ve tried so far has tasted delicious, and the flavors are well balanced and enjoyable. Because of the overall experience—great food, plenty of options, and a long-standing history—I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and satisfying spot to eat.

Nothing special. Food to me was inconsistent and sometimes bland. Quality has fallen off a bit from last year. I eat here for convenience, not for the food.

General rule of thumb: Takeout is horrible. Always dine in here.

Additionally, sometimes their drinks are very flavourless, be really careful of what you order.

The trade off here is that this place is cheap.
