Nothing special. Food to me was inconsistent and sometimes bland. Quality has fallen off a bit from last year. I eat here for convenience, not for the food.

General rule of thumb: Takeout is horrible. Always dine in here.

Additionally, sometimes their drinks are very flavourless, be really careful of what you order.

The trade off here is that this place is cheap.

I hate to leave a bad review but….
-Deep fried tofu completely soggy from too much oil.
-Ginger beef & ‘stir-fried’ vermicelli-literally couldn’t find the vermicelli at first but after moving the dish around several times, there it was: soggy & stuck together in clumps.
-Not their usual good quality.

The food came out really fast and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly and provided great service to our group. I could see improvements compared to previous reviews. Wish they keep up the good work. The only downside was the ordering app ..it felt a bit cheap and wasn’t very user-friendly.

The restaurant seemed short-staffed, so we had to wait quite a while for everything — from ordering, to getting a to-go box, and even the bill. One of our dishes was obviously missed until we reminded them as well. We did take the leftover stir-fried noodles home, but noticed this just before finishing

Very crowded. And I was ordering take out food. Wait for more than 50 minutes. Around 30min, I was asking to see my order and the waitress told me that the order was still in the queue. However, one of the other waitress admitted that my order was omitted by them. Another 20 min wait. The second waitress gave me 6 dollars for compensation? Treated me as a homeless?

Super slow and did not even offer a discount or any form of compensation. Waited over 50 min for one of our order and didn't even say sorry about it. Just walked away like its normal or something. Would not go back ever again. Should be happy 1 star is the lowest I could rate.

Pearl Castle Cafe was so good. The food was fresh and so is the drinks. The drink is so big that a person can't drink all. The food was good and you can self order. The washrooms are clean and the staff were friendly and hard working. They even gave us jelly. Very good, will likely come back. Also, STORE IS CASH ONLY.

We went there on Sunday around 7pm. There was no line. The foods are delicious. We also ordered mini hotpot and there are a lot of chickens in the mini hotpot! The price is reasonable! Will revisit.

Just had a fantastic meal at Pearl Castle Cafe! I ordered the spicy shared fried rice and a side of chicken nuggets, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The spicy fried rice was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of kick – enough to be exciting without being overwhelming. It was clear it was made with fresh ingredients, and the portion size was generous, making it great for sharing (or enjoying all to yourself!).
And those chicken nuggets? Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside – exactly what you want! They were a perfect complement to the flavorful rice.
Overall, Pearl Castle Cafe delivered a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try more of their menu! Highly recommend!
