Pearl Castle Cafe was so good. The food was fresh and so is the drinks. The drink is so big that a person can't drink all. The food was good and you can self order. The washrooms are clean and the staff were friendly and hard working. They even gave us jelly. Very good, will likely come back. Also, STORE IS CASH ONLY.

We went there on Sunday around 7pm. There was no line. The foods are delicious. We also ordered mini hotpot and there are a lot of chickens in the mini hotpot! The price is reasonable! Will revisit.

Just had a fantastic meal at Pearl Castle Cafe! I ordered the spicy shared fried rice and a side of chicken nuggets, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The spicy fried rice was perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of kick – enough to be exciting without being overwhelming. It was clear it was made with fresh ingredients, and the portion size was generous, making it great for sharing (or enjoying all to yourself!).
And those chicken nuggets? Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside – exactly what you want! They were a perfect complement to the flavorful rice.
Overall, Pearl Castle Cafe delivered a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try more of their menu! Highly recommend!

Food was decent. Nothing on the menu that stood out so I just had two orders of spicy wontons. No wait and restaurant was clean. 7 wontons per order.

There was no service, not looking to the customer if everything is ok.
The customer have to order on our own through a poorly designed app.

The food is ok at best.

At time of checkout the cashier looked if gave tips, and throw the receipt to my face because I didn’t have tips. No respect for the customer for an inexistant quality service !

If you enjoy authentic Taiwanese cuisine like me, try this place out! Not only do they have fantastic service, this restaurant provides a wide variety of different yet delicious food options that will surely suit anyone’s appetite. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Richmond!
