The food is pretty good. I ordered the r1 (railway porkchop over rice) it comes with a pork chop seasoned with five spice I believe, it tastes sweet and salty. The rice is cooked to perfection, the cabbage is stir fryed with garlic, the egg is not overly salty and the sausage is good too (sweet and with some paprika on it). The portion is pretty large and the price is fair. The service is ok, the cashier seemed mad for some reason hahaha. The wait time was around 25 minutes (Sunday noon). I will come back for the food.

Located at the food court of Richmond Public Market, this Taiwanese Cuisine was by far one the best I have ever tried. Tried their Beef Trio Noodles Soups, Signature Soup & Tomato Soup. Overall taste was good, portions were generous compared to the price. Definitely will visit again.

This food stall is on the second level, in Richmond Public Market (RPM). We ordered R1 which was their railway pork chop on rice and added a side of large sausage. The person I was dining with insisted that the portions would be enough for the two of us. I had my doubts, but was pleasantly surprised that they were right. The dish comes with a lot more rice than I'd normally eat, but it also came with two porkchops, an egg, cabbage, pickles, and a mini sausage. The porkchop was slightly spicy, but very well seasoned and had a nice crunch on the outside. Both of the sausages were very flavorful and tasty. The egg was complimentary to the rest of the ingredients. I only wish that they gave a bit more cabbage and pickles.
The seating in the cafeteria wasn't great, but it was sufficient.
For a food court stall I'd say this good tasted pretty great and was worth the money.

The food tasted great, and both the service and atmosphere were exceptionally comfortable. Though most of the tables were populated, it didn't take long for the great waiters to find a table for us to eat.
Stumbled upon this food court since we never really venture into Richmond. A lot of different varieties but it’s been so long since I have had this Taiwanese staple. I just ordered the fried chicken alone since I couldn’t stomach any rice today. The taste was authentic enough but thought some parts were still a little too soggy / oily. I wasn’t expecting Michelin star quality anyway. Quick and simple was the deal here.

By far the best Taiwanese-style restaurant in Metro Vancouver. The prices are affordable, the portions are huge, and most importantly, the food is insanely good.
Their pork chops are simply legendary. If you haven’t tried this place yet, give it a shot. If you have, well—you don’t need me to convince you how amazing it is.
Absolutely a hidden gem in Richmond, Vancouver. I hope they can keep this up.
