The food is pretty good. I ordered the r1 (railway porkchop over rice) it comes with a pork chop seasoned with five spice I believe, it tastes sweet and salty. The rice is cooked to perfection, the cabbage is stir fryed with garlic, the egg is not overly salty and the sausage is good too (sweet and with some paprika on it). Located at the food court of Richmond Public Market, this Taiwanese Cuisine was by far one the best I have ever tried.
Tried their Beef Trio Noodles Soups, Signature Soup & Tomato Soup.
Overall taste was good, portions were generous compared to the price.
Definitely will visit again.
This food stall is on the second level, in Richmond Public Market (RPM). We ordered R1 which was their railway pork chop on rice and added a side of large sausage. The person I was dining with insisted that the portions would be enough for the two of us. I had my doubts, but was pleasantly surprised that they were right.
