Real Love Sushi & BBQ

Update: Sushi wasn't fresh. Ended up having food poisoning.

Came here recently for dinner. We were the second group there. Service was non-existent. They only had one server there (felt bad for her as it wasn't her fault), but they need to add an extra server. Food was decent. After we left, we saw that we get 10% off for take-out. Might as well take out since you get the discount and don't have to tip for non-existent service... After we paid, the server didn't even come by and check whether there was any issue with payment so we just left...

What an awesome little place kind of tucked away in the second floor of a plaza. The service was excellent and welcoming and the food was amazing! The value and quality of the food was top notch. We ordered a bunch of sushi as well as the Japanese BBQ platter and it was perfect.
Definitely one of the best meals we had while visiting BC!

I love the bento boxes here! Price is reasonable

Such delicious food! We placed our order there for takeout on a Friday night and got our food very fast. So good! The squid and oshi and aburi was delicious. Will go back next time we’re in town!

Loved the atmosphere, we were picking up takeout, but it made us wish we could stay and eat in. Service was great, and the best surprise came when we got back to the hotel… some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! Thank you!

It was better than I thought it was going to be. I never rate perfect. But this place was pretty close.

Trying to get a late night dinner with a friend past 9pm and this place was ideal as it closes at 11pm compared to other places in Richmond.

Although we were just slightly hungry, we ordered two pieces of sushi followed by a beef platter to grill. Food was great and aesthetics were good as well. Since it was more on the later side of the night, lots of tables were empty with minimal staffing.

As it was not my first time here, I am familiar with the BBQ and sushi options. The pricing is bit on the higher end, but it makes up for it especially the sushi options.

Complimentary 2h parking included makes this place easy to get parking space. Worthy recommendations for 5 stars.

The service was very fast and the server (Tiana) was very friendly. The sushi was delicious and very filling, look at the amount of salmon... I will definitely come again.
