I didn't like seafood before but Salty's Lobster Shack changed my mind ! Now I love it and can't wait to go back. Service, quality, and freshness is amazing. The Lobster bisque was my favourite.
Food truck was in Kerrisdale on West Blvd just north of 41st. Awesome service from a terrific chef, and food was terrific! I had the Connecticut lobster roll (since I was already familiar with the Maine). Fresh, delicate seasonings, lovely chunks of tender lobster cooked perfectly, on a lightly toasted roll. It was a happy discovery and I will track down this truck again to try something else from the menu, it was that good!
Great little patio outside the food trailer. If I had to describe the lobster roll in one word, I'd go with "refreshing". Generous amount of fresh sweet lobster. With the lemon on top, chefs kiss.
