You gotta get some buns here. They are so good. There still meat juice inside even when I brought back to hotel.
The food was delicious, and the cute boy was very friendly and enthusiastic while taking our order. This is my favorite place to eat steamed pork buns! Love it
The staff attitude is very mean
They must’ve changed owners or something because the quality of the food is so bad now, which is a pity because we used to come here all the time for fast shanghai dimsum. The 生煎包 and 油条 were incredibly oily we feel sick. I don’t know how as a restaurant you can mess up 油条. Also the cashier had horrible attitude and just going on his phone the whole time. Never coming back here again.
Anyone who gives this less than 5 stars is nuts. This is a small family run shop that pumps out amazing food. It is 100% authentic which means it's not super clean and it isn't fast as everything is made by hand in front of you. Some of the best pan fried dumplings I have ever had. Will try to go back.
Delicious pork dumplings
The xiao long bao is good but this time I came back it was very fatty. I am not a fan of the soy milk
Rude staff, food mediocre

The Spring Rolls were pathetic; there were only a few bits of meat and a few pieces of vegetables inside. It was mostly clear sauce inside. The Pork and Vegetable Wontons in Soup were mostly vegetables. There were not much meat for the wontons and they were salty. Also, the soup was dark brown which looked odd.
Also, the server spoke Cantonese when we ordered but she spoke English when she called our number twice. We were puzzled. In addition, they did not have Pan-Fried Dumplings on the menu by the counter. They only had that for a combo on the menu board up on the wall. It was easy for customers to miss that. Do they want customers to order that or not?
The quality of food is inferior to other Shanghainese restaurants.
The Xiao Long Bao is not good at all. The skin was extremely thick. Not comparable with other Shanghaiese restaurants at all.

We went for Sunday brunch, wait was reasonable. Shen jian bao was really good. We ordered an unpopular item so had to wait a little more. Good service!

I come here regularly for the Xiao Long Bao and its consistently good. The dumplings are always juicy. You may need to wait 7 minutes as they only cook if you order but its guaranteed fresh all the time.
