Their cheesecake is not all cheesecake. It tastes sooo bad and too sugary and cost too much for such a small quantity.Also, one of the employee who is black and has chubby in look don't know how to talk . I asked you have two flavours in cheesecake she said yes because this is not a cheesecake shop so obviously only 2 flavours . Also, i asked the price she just said ok mango cheesecake and said me to pay. Not good consumer service

Got the Brown sugar milk which tasted good. The disappointment is hardened black pearls which is similar to the instant ones I can buy at Costco. At $7/cup, I at least like the pearls to be fresh and not ones that felt like overnight leftovers. Will give it another chance but with a different toppings.

They do have some slick cheap ice cream treats that my daughter loves… but If you sort through the reviews and ignore all the ones who have only 1 total review you see a common theme. The tea lacks flavour. They do have a lot of cool different drink options but tea comes first. It’s absolutely like drinking nothing.

Shiny Tea is a Hong Kong-style café that provides milk tea and ice cream.Its excellent product, Panda Milk Tea, has a smooth and lush taste and is often timid in flavor. It does have a robust and recognizable taste and mouthfeel. Besides the Panda Milk Tea, we also tried Pudding Oolong Milk Tea; it is reminiscent of malt and gave us an intense, richly aromatic, and malty taste. It is an exciting combination worth every penny of its value.Another excellent product from this café is its original tea gelato ice cream. It has a rich flavor, and I am pretty amazed by its taste. You can choose from three bases: TieGuanYin, Dark Chocolate, and Twisted. A total of 6 favors are available, and you can add toppings (black pearl, white pearl, grass jelly, coconut jelly, aiyu jelly, pudding, taro, coffee jelly, red beans crystal ball, lychee popping pearl) and sauce (ordered late, caramel, condensed milk, strawberry). We have ordered the Brown Sugar Storm ($5.70 regular size).The environment is cozy, and the staff is amicable. This is an excellent place for gathering as it is quiet and has enough space for privacy—perfect for an afternoon tea and drink.
