The corn sauce on rice has no flavour. The fish fillet is okay but just okay.
The one thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the cashier asked for minimum tip. I am okay with tip culture but taking my money and said you must pay the minimum tip really made me sick.

I was going there regularly for late dinner. But now i wont go there ever again.

Great Asian spot, service will already be mid, but that's what you expect

Silver tower is the golden standard of HK cafés in the lower mainland. Efficient service, comfortable booth seats, and decent drinks. Get their mix and match combos or their baked dishes such as baked cream sauce basa filled & spinach on rice.

I like the food here so I ordered for takeout after work because I’m so hungry. I called to order and they said to come in 15 minutes, I came after 20 mins expecting it to be ready already. I had to wait another 25 minutes, so I think they forgot about my order and made it when I got there. Also, I was lining up to pay and this couple came after me. I told the server I was here for a takeout order she told me to wait and started talking to the couple that came after me and attended them first and took their bill. I was there first.

Came bc it was opened late. Food was so awful, I can't even call this place a restaurant. The veggie noodle and rice dishes we got was basically steamed bok choy with some type of soy sauce corn starch slurry that had no flavor. Even the included milk tea and lemon tea was not great. Don't come unless you're desperate.

The restaurant opens very late, suitable for late night snacks; the food is large and tastes okay. The atmosphere is quite noisy, and the dine-in service is probably a bit poor due to too many people.

It’s such a depressing place. I asked for the most expensive seafood, but ended up having diarrhea for two days. I guess I left it in the refrigerator for too long?

The only Hong Kong style restaurant that would add cold drinks at no additional charge. That's definitely a big plus.
So many favorite items there: Baked meat sauce spaghetti, baked pork chop rice, curry beef, pan fried shredded duck vermicelli, Japanese chicken cutlet rice are all delicious.

Not to mention their Hong Kong style drinks are all so good - the iced lemon tea, iced milk tea and iced yin yeung (mixed milk tea and coffee) are sooo tasty.

They also have a good selection of vegetarian dishes.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian but not vegan.

The portions were huge, but the service was seriously lacking. I’ve been there twice, and both times were just not great. We asked for napkins, and the waitress gave us this “What now?” look. I’m all for tipping when the service is good, but this wasn’t it. Really disappointed, and I won’t be going back.

This is definitely a go to place for junky comfort food. A hug for the weary soul after a hard day at work. By no means fancy food.. But predictable tried and true common food. Club sandwich with fries, baked pork chop over rice with tomato sauce, seafood fettuccine, creamy soups, noodles, and lemon iced tea.

Love coming here at night especially when most stores are closed. I always order the baked rice and it never gets old.

Atmosphere is good, feels like your typical late night HK cafe. Service can always be friendlier, admittedly, its gotten a bit better. 1 star because they raised the prices a lot while the food quality dropped. There are cheaper HK cafes out there. Credit card only above $40 or so, otherwise debit and cash only. Limited parking. Will not visit again, and I've been coming here since 2018.

I used to come here quite regularly but now the price has gone up far beyond the local competition. I came back for the nostalgia but regretted it. The meat is getting a lot thinner than what I get elsewhere.

The late hours are convenient and the booth seating is comfortable. However, the price is no longer justifiable. This is not the only HK cafe in Richmond and there are other good restaurants nearby that open late. Only cash or debit is accepted.
