Ordered Snail Rice Noodle with Beef Tendon and added deep fried egg.
Very authentic snail rice noodle! It tastes so good so I can ignore the pungent smell. Beef tendon is juicy and soft!

I came to Vancouver from California and ate at this restaurant in the first two days. This is my favorite restaurant in the Public Market. I particularly recommend their fried noodles. I think it is better than the soup noodles. The soup noodles taste a little lighter, but the fried noodles have just the right flavor. The elbow is also good, the portion is large, but not cheap. The proprietress's attitude is also very good. In short, if you like Guilin rice noodles and snail noodles, you must try their fried noodles.

I ordered a stir-fried beef snail noodle, but neither the sign nor the waiter reminded me that it was dry. The waiter just said "stir-fried" and told me. A person who doesn’t often eat snail noodles has a fixed concept of soup. I have been looking forward to it for a long time, but I didn’t expect to be so disappointed, so I continue to eat Baoma.

Too salty, too salty, too salty, the soup has no flavor and is just salty. I was given quite a lot of powder, but it didn’t taste good and I couldn’t eat it. The braised chicken feet taste normal. My mouth feels very dry and thirsty after finishing the meal. Is there too much MSG (ㅍ_ㅍ)

Charged $16 for a bowl that is obivously made from instant packs. the noodle is not your typical rice noodle, and tasted exactly like what you get from an instant noodle

Hidden in the city, the public market has been a place for decades. The environment is ideal without a modern shopping mall, but it is also clean and well-maintained by service staff. It was during the Chinese New Year, so there were not many people visiting, and the waiting time was within 10 minutes, which was very convenient.I ordered dry noodles, which are quite delicious and have enough side dishes. The price is reasonable and affordable. It’s worth coming here because of its reputation

It feels a bit like a food bun... I thought it would be more authentic than other places, but it's still quite ordinary.

The snail noodles are delicious, and the Laoyou noodles are also very good. The sour and spicy taste is very appetizing.

Authentic! tasty!
I started having diarrhea an hour after eating...The food is not clean and the taste is not as good as what I buy in the supermarket...I had a severe stomach an hr after having the noodle soup with beef…i felt like the food is not clean and probably contaminated. Will jot dine here again…
My go-to 螺蛳粉 place in BC. The classic beef one is very good.
