Yeah, I wouldn't go back, for what it is it's expensive and it's not really that great in my opinion.

Dessert is not as shown on menuOrdered the Blueberry Bingsoo. The menu has a photo of each dessert. The menu shows blueberries, blueberry sauce, whipped cream all piled high in a metal cup. We got a large pile of snowflake shaved ice with no whipped cream , not enough sauce and less berries then shown on the menu.Interior is small and narrow. Not sure if all Snowy Villages are like this as it’s been a couple of years since I’ve been to one.First photo is the menu picture. Second picture is what we got.

Ants wandering around n the food. The Taiyaki machines haven't been cleaned in months, maybe years? Atmosphere would be better if the tables weren't crammed together.

Definitely check it out if you’re a mango lover ❤️

Snowy has been my favorite bingsoo chain for the longest time, however this location probably has the least amount of toppings compared to New West and the now closed Coquitlam location, as the other locations cover the entire surface. It’s still yummy, just not as good cuz they didn’t put much mango and oreo.

Got charged about 15-18% tip automatically and didn’t realize until afterwards. I ordered a regular mango bingsoo ($13) + one Nutella taiyaki ($4.5) but the CC charge came up to be just over $21. The bottom of one of the menus say GST is included in the price so if that were true, it would’ve been over 20% auto gratuity…? When we asked the staff, they said there is mandatory tip for larger groups (we had 8 people in our group). No one told us before ordering and there was also no signage to imply this was a store policy. We had all ordered separately as 4 couples and if we had known there was such a high mandatory tip, we would’ve been OK sitting separately or going elsewhere. Suspicious that staff have been doing this on their own volition to customers and hoping no one notices.

This used to be my go-to bingsu place, but it has really gone downhill. The mango pieces are half of what it was before and doesn’t even cover the top. We also waited 30 mins for our order - they are really really slow. And end product was quite disappointing.

The bingsoos were really good but there were so many small (fruit ?) flies and we couldn’t finish our food since they kept landing in the food.

Mango bingsoo, the shaved ice part was actually quite nice, light and looked like tiny coconut flakes, instead of actual ice. The mango pieces were okay, needed a bit more condensed milk and sauce. Overall though, it was a nice portion for 2 people, maybe even 3, to share.Customer service was meh... not sure if the one girl was just having a bad day. If you like bingsoo, then I'd say check it out. Variations on fruit choices were decent enough.

It appears that this bingsoo dessert cafe is currently managed by Chinese owners. While bingsoo is a Korean dessert, the dduk (also known as mochi) was extremely disappointing, lacking the expected chewiness and flavor. We ordered the injeolmi flavor bingsoo, which is highly popular in bingsoo in Korea, but it completely failed to make a positive impression and was just okay.
