About Snowy Village Dessert Cafe

Snowy Village Dessert Cafe is a charming restaurant celebrated for its bingsoo, particularly the large mango bingsoo, which is known to be fresh, sweet, and generous in portion—often enough for sharing among four people. The restaurant's interior is small and narrow, but the staff is kind and always ready to serve. Many customers have fond memories of visiting the cafe. However, some have pointed out inconsistencies between the menu's pictures and the actual servings, especially with the honeydew bingsoo, which is smaller than expected and lacks the melon "bowl" as advertised. There have also been observations that the toppings have decreased over time.

While the desserts are often described as tasty, with the right size and sweetness, there can be long wait times during busy nights. One customer noted a 40-minute wait for two desserts, suggesting that the owner might consider hiring an extra worker during peak hours. Despite occasional delays, the restaurant enjoys a reputation for excellent service, with one customer praising a long-time female staff member known for her efficient and generous preparation of the desserts. She makes the milk shaved ice with plenty of toppings, ensuring a delightful experience.

Snowy Village Dessert Cafe is also known for its Taiyaki, which features a crispy croissant-like texture on the outside and soft filling on the inside, made fresh to order. Overall, Snowy Village Dessert Cafe remains a beloved spot for those seeking a satisfying dessert fix in a fun and cozy atmosphere.

Love the bingsoo, it is so good, just so good.

Overall, pretty good. We ordered the Mango Bingsoo and the Greentea Bingsoo.

Ate here before pretty good shaved ice. However very long wait, as there were only 2 people working there. Then today I came to eat and on google it says they open at 3 pm which I arrived at 3pm wasn’t open. So just wondering what the actually time it is that they open.
