My daughter purchased an Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade in a Sunday afternoon. Immediately after consuming the drink, she began vomiting and soon developed diarrhea. She became very ill and remained sick for approximately one week, during which she had to miss school and her sports practices.

She contacted the store the same day to inform them of the situation and request a refund. However, she was told she needed to return in person. Given that she was actively vomiting and experiencing severe symptoms, it was not possible for her to leave the house. When I later visited the store to explain the situation, I was told there was “no proof” the illness was related to the drink, and nothing they can do.
I understand that food-related illnesses can be difficult to verify, but the immediate onset of symptoms after consuming the beverage is extremely concerning. I won’t let my kids drink any cold drinks from here anymore, if something happens, nobody will take the responsibility except ourselves.

Ordered iced matcha latte this evening and it’s too sweet. I ordered here before but it’s never like it. Seems like they put some syrup or what, but it’s really not worth buying after a long working day and had to throw it away.

Encounter some problems on App when trying to add some fund to my card. A staff named Sarah acknowledged my situation and patiently provided me some alternatives, eventually I can load some fund to my Starbucks card and make purchases. Great customer service. Definitely will visit this store more often for my daily fuel on weekdays

I asked for tap water for my kids and I was refused and I was told I had to purchase something first, even though I waited in line to ask. Clearly profit first. Thanks Starbucks.

Existing the time management issues with lying to the customers.
Problem solving with the customer's complaints coming from lies, manager should have taken action to re-training the staff working there how to honestly answer to the customer.
When the customer has made the order 20 minutes ago, they saw the board with the other new customers name kept moving to processing from received, but not his and hers.
The manager really needed to take action for taking a look deeper.
Due to the staffs response, cold drink needs a longer time to make which needs at least 15 minutes. However, while I saw how they made the cold crew, it only took them 30 seconds.

Terrible service - I have been getting the same drink for ten years now telling me they can’t make it in a trenta cup and also charged me extra - blaming policy even tho another store just made the same drink

Manager came out to flag but service is disrespectful - what happened to listening to customer and putting their needs first even when charging them

I have cat’s tongue so I can’t take high temperature food or drinks. When I order my coffee I always ask for room to add milk to cool the temperature. However the barista filled up the cup to the rim despite the instruction sticker stated “Lv Room”. I opened the lid and was burnt by the piping hot coffee. It’s been over two weeks and the burnt wound is not yet healed. When I mentioned the incident to the staff they couldn’t care less. After revisiting the store three times to try to speak to the store manager, the manager was kind and apologized. He also offered me store credits. The boy thing is that the store credit does not cover the burnt compressed or the band-aid. All in all Ian traumatized by the incident. I hope other patrons won’t suffer as I did.

I've been visiting the Starbucks at Richmond Centre for the past ten months, usually during my 30-minute breaks after work. In all that time, I can confidently say I’ve never had a negative experience.

I also want to acknowledge an employee named Anaisha. She always remembers my order, is consistently kind and polite, and often offers great suggestions when I’m in the mood to try something new. She’s genuinely wonderful at what she does and a REAL HARDWORKER!!

Some of these baristas have an attitude problem. The short chubby asian man with bangs and glasses especially when you're asking for a straw or ice. He has a very stingy attitude and acts like people 'have it out for him' and a great inconvenience to be working here.

There is this person who works in Starbucks on night shift tonight around 8:15pm that is really rude! We were getting a matcha for my kid in Starbucks now and somebody made the drink has very little lavender foam and I ask her politely can you remark the drink because it is very little lavender foam. And she’s like she didn’t want to at first place so she’s like oh it sink down but I’m like I can show there’s just few drops and it’s way too little. She’s still continuing and I’m like no I can show there’s nothing and she didn’t wait and rudely say ok I’ll make it. Then she made it and I say ok now we can see the color and it’s dripping down but last one is not. She’s like we are happy to remake but you need to stay calm. I’m like excuse me? We are very calm. She’s like you need to be polite. I’m like excuse me when I’m I not being polite? I say thank you. So I ask what’s your name? She’s very rude and say im not giving you my name because I’m not the one who made your drink before. Before I leave I saw here name tag is JOT.
I’m a Starbucks costumer for over 20 years! This is the very first time I encountered a person this rude and telling me I’m not polite and I’m not calm?! The whole time my kid is standing beside me. This is unacceptable!!!!
