new larger space in the "C" pier but service is terrible. Just walked by..25 people in line to pickup coffees/ food
The cashier lied! I ordered in person and was told by the cashier I cannot use my member offer but after I ordered I found I was able to use it through mobile order in this store.

Save yourself some time and don’t get Starbucks. Took me 30mins to get my wrap because apparently someone took my wrap, and the wrap itself does not worth $8. Tim Hortons quality and size.
Also got my drink order wrong. A medium hot chocolate ($5.1) turns into a medium matcha tea latte ($6.8). I corrected it at the last minute however receipt was already printed and no refund was given. Don’t go here unless it’s absolutely must.

Waited 30 minutes for my order to be fulfilled only for it to be incorrect, when asked to remake the drink the barista gave attitude and got the drink wrong again. We approached her again and she tried to convince us that it was the order! Eventually she reluctantly made us our correct drink. Seriously disappointed in this experience added a lot of stress to our journey.

I ordered two grande Pink drinks with chocolate foam with no ice. When I told YEJI that she added ice and I asked clearly for no ice she gave me a horrible face expression. When I was provided with my order the two drinks had extremely different color, the proportion of pink drink and chocolate foam was off, coconut milk settled at the base separated must have been expired. When I pointed this out and asked her to correct my order she literally slammed another wrong drink !!! when I asked for refund VEERPAL was utterly rude in her behaviour and said she can’t do that only started being polite once I told I will complaint against her. KINDLY TEACH YOUR STAFF BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTES AND HOW TO MAKE ORDERS CORRECTLY. It was a horrible experience looked like someone held gun points at them to work there and were not at all happy with their job.

We order a ice chai latte and she has given me the regular latte and the fact ask that we dont want this cooffe the girl with black hair was making faces and the customer service was poor .

The customer service here was really awful and infuriating. The barista made my order incorrectly because the cashier messed up on two things and instead of fixing it, he talked down to me and wouldn't offer a sokution. I ended up having to insist that he make my drink decaf because that is what I'd ordered, which the cashier did repeat back to me. The two of them also got the size wrong and he was rude to me again, and when I said that I just wanted my drink made the way I'd ordered it, he refused and said he'd already made it decaf as though he had done me a favour. The guy should honestly be fired because he was so arrogant and seemed to not understand how to deal with problems. I've worked in a coffee shop for three years and I can't imagine anyone being that unnecessarily rude and just plain bad at their job.

Ordered grande size drink in a venti cup (so as not to waste the foam cause it usually overflows). We did mobile order and while waiting for our drink, Yursev was complaining about having it in a venti cup, in front of me. I don’t think it is polite to do such thing. I find it rude that he made that comment in front of me. If they don’t allow that, they wouldn’t put it in the mobile options in the first place so I do not know why he is complaining. Baristas should be trained about etiquette and product knowledge. As you can see in this photo, it is not even on the third line and that’s with the ice already. I don’t expect my drink to be full but not less than what I ordered. This has always been my drink and this is the first time I’ve encountered this.

Serene was an amazing help explaining my stars to me. I have Starbucks quite a lot, but have had a Timmy’s gift card for a year- however they refuse gift cards at most hospitals and airports, but Starbucks always comes through on top.
Thanks for smile with the service. Cheers ladies. I fly monthly so you’ve made this trip and my day less stressful and made me feel appreciated.
