I always order the cold foam made with oat milk as I’m dairy free. Usually Starbucks always accommodates me and makes it. I asked for it in the drive thru and the worker was rude and said we don’t do that, it’s pre made. It takes 1-2 minutes to make a single serving of it for a guest and they were just too lazy to do it.

I ordered vt extra iced americano.But he was wrong for me. He made regular drink. Anyone can make mistakes. He didn't apologize. It was very rude. It was also like that in the past.

My kids ordered a Venti green tea frappe, as per usual. It’s their fave drink. They get it wherever we are. Alberta, U.S… doesn’t matter, so we know how it’s supposed to taste. Well, this time the matcha is too strong, which is ok, but it didn’t taste sweet. So we came back in the store and asked the barista to remake it. Short asian girl with long hair at 2:00pm. She’s like “Oh, I added the sweetener but ok I’ll remake it” and the proceeds to make the drink with an attitude. Closing the lid of the blender loudly, etc. My kids also overheard her say “I don’t want to work here anymore.” Never had this kind of service before.Edit: everybody had their name tag on except for her.

Was a bit busy during Sunday afternoon, but cashier was friendly and seemed to like being at her job. Barista was super-friendly and, most importantly, made my drink properly! Both staff members SMILED. I am not being facetious. This is generally not the norm these days for service people, unless tips are expected.Bravo for selecting really great staff at this location!

What's up with Starbucks coffee lately? Dark roast tastes like gas station coffee. And this isn't a one-off experience but 75% of the time now.Weak, bland and a couple more of these and I am no longer a Starbucks customer. Terrible coffee.

Very good Starbucks but they are slow every time been there multiple times. Staffs are friendly, and the atmosphere is good, love the sofa chair pretty comfy to snug in it. Overall very good location.

Music was just cranked to the max and you couldn’t get work done. Like music is perfectly fine to have playing but when it’s cranked up high that’s just ridiculous. This one has kids working in it and it’s annoying where as the ones in vancouber yoh don’t have music cranked and the atmosphere is much nicer.Do not come here to do work or to have meetings
