I’ve been living this community for over ten years and have always liked this location. I understand that the holidays can be busy, and while some staff members can be a bit arrogant at times, I’ve never had any complaints about the coffee—until yesterday.
For the first time, I received a Starbucks coffee that was completely unacceptable. Both my daughter and I could not believe that what we got was what we ordered. We asked for reduced sugar, yet both drinks were...

I'm a regular customer of this store. I don't have a problem regarding the food, drinks or service.

One thing i want to highlight is about the cleanliness. Everytime i come, i do clean my own table using napkin and my own hand sanitiser. Whether it's busy or not, please make sure one staff available for cleaning the dine-in area.
