I went there on a Saturday morning on my way to work I just wanted one 6-in sandwich I ended up getting to that were so heavily salted I couldn't even eat them

Whoever was there around 5:50-6:0pm was very rude. She made my snackwich and was so irritated. I asked her to add some veggies and she repeatedly asked if I was done. She stopped me after adding one sauce to ask if I was done. I’m
Not sure if she was having a bad day but the service was very rushed. It would be nice to see someone smiling while helping you after a long day at work. I will never visit this subway store again

As someone who does not eat pork, you can imagine my surprise when my egg and cheese sandwich came with sausage, and my turkey footlong was made with ham. How can you possibly mess something up that bad? Time after time, there had been an extreme lack of care in the product. Such a shame. I’ve been eating subway since I was a kid, and after having so many orders made wrong, I’m officially done supporting their business. I was able to look past the lack of toppings, or even that whenever I order extra cheese (for $2.67) they don’t put it on. But using the wrong meat means I have to throw that food in the garbage and that’s unforgivable.
If you are going to buy subway, I’d at least recommend avoiding this location.

Ordered mobile pick up and she handed my a sandwich for a different name on the order. Told the employee that’s not my name and she insisted I take the sandwich because it was a cold cut combo and disregarded the different name on the order.
When I got to eat the sandwich of course it’s the wrong order. Highly allergic to olives and there are olives in the sandwich which made it inedible. So frustrating over the lack of care for customer service and food, ensuring the right order for the right customer..
Would avoid this location if possible.

Ordered through the Subway app with a confirmed ready time, but when we arrived we were told the soup was “sold out.” When I asked for a refund instead of accepting the cookie / drink substitution offered, they suddenly said they could make it—after another 10-minute wait. Our sandwiches got cold, and the soup we finally received was cold and we were told to heat it up at home ourselves. On top of that, my Sweet Onion Chicken sandwich had toppings I didn’t request. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

Very Disappointing Service
I visited this Subway on November 29 around 1:15 AM, and had a really bad experience with the staff. When I entered the store, the boy working , he was preparing another customer’s order. After he finished, I ordered a 6-inch Veggie Pattie.
A few minutes later, another girl walked into the store. Instead of completing my order first, he immediately started making her order—even though I was clearly there before her. This is basic customer service: first come, first served.
When I reminded him to finish my order first, only then he started making it. His attitude was very rude, and he showed zero communication skills. It felt like he didn’t care at all about fairness or customer experience.
Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff better.

The Indian staff at this restaurant had terrible service; they were extremely impatient, didn‘t allow customers to think, and kept asking questions! Their tone was also rude! The hygiene was also poor!

I had such a great experience at this Subway today! The place was clean, everything looked fresh, and my order was made exactly how I liked it. The customer service here is amazing.
