the service was horrible and when my little brother went to ask for a cup of ice water, they straight up said they had no ice?? Which fast food restaurant has no ice??? How does a fountain drink machine have no ice? Also I could clearly see ice in the cooler so what’s the explanation??

Loved the service here. I requested for a last minute catering order. The customer service was impeccable. They were quick, efficient and the food tasted amazing. The breads are always fresh. I would totally recommend this subway in all of Richmond!

Horrible experience Oct 26th 2024 4pm.... 1st girl kuljeet was busy talking to co worker ignored my request put wrong cheese on sub and only half cheese on 1 sub then just shoved them in oven without asking if I wanted them toasted ... 2nd woman then slathered aoli sauce all over both subs i was buying problem was I only wanted sauce on 1 sub and distinctly told her only the sub on your right then half a bottle went onto my sub ... I told her thanks for ruining my dinner (no apology) insult to injury was the auto tip button .... yeah u wrecked my sub and still want a tip ... these employees win lowest effort given award !
Never go to this subway drive or walk ANYWHERE else u will thank me !!

Visited last evening, there was only one staff which was on the phone and my kid had to wait for a long time. She was kind of a rude personality and I don't think she deserves for a front counter services.
