Alrighty, so they were very pushy will trying to upsell everything “do you want double meat?” “Would you like avocado?” Also being really light on veggies and sauce, and had to ask for extra. Then at the end of the transaction, I asked if it would be cheaper to get a full combo….instead of just getting a drink and sandwich which the lady replied “yes” however I watched her punch them in separately, there was no “deal” and certainly no “combo” in this, not happy with the service I received here

The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming, and Jashan truly goes above and beyond—she’s incredibly kind, attentive, and makes every visit feel special. My toddler’s face lights up the moment I tell her we’re going to Subway—it’s become one of her favourite treats! Jashan Khraoud taken money from me for two subs after showing coupon also.No discount. even she don’t know how to make sub in a good way. Sorry i will not visit again

Today I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The staff did not properly wrap my sandwich with two layers, nor did they provide an extra bag — they just loosely wrapped it in paper. It felt unhygienic, and by the time I got home, the sandwich had leaked everywhere. If you cannot maintain basic service standards, you should not have a tipping option. I still left a tip, but this experience was unacceptable. Hope you improve.

My toddler and I came in on a quiet rainy Sunday. The worker was very nice and friendly to us, especially my toddler. Made the exact sub I asked for both of us. It always tastes how i expect. He even gave us a free cookie. What a generous gentleman (sorry I didn’t catch your name). Highly recommend their store.
