The best Japanese sushi you can get in Richmond. The service is a bit rushed because bookings are only for 1.5hr but if you come as two it'll feel a little less rushed. They're only open for dinner on a select few days so make sure you plan and book ahead
A Japanese restaurant that sells very fresh ingredients with a taste slightly resembling the south side of Japan. They will be short staffed - there were only 2 employees! Reservations are much recommended, this place seats little people. For the price, I would say that this is very worth it. Not so expensive while still retaining good quality.

Always go for the sushi set, it’s the best way to enjoy a variety, from rich tuna to buttery hamachi to delicate shima aji. The cold freshness of the fish meets the gentle warmth of the rice, and every piece is spot-on. The miso soup is also a standout, layered with deep fish umami and savory miso. Highly recommend! Please don’t expect hotel service here considering it’s a family owned business with a couple working, some items might take time but it’s worth the wait.
