Edomae sushi at a reasonable price. Popular sushi joint. Clean minimalist decor. 6pm reservation. My wife really enjoys coming here. I feel that they can better improve on their rice preparation as it's a bit gummy and mashed. It ought to be distinct, plump and glossy. The 90 minutes time limit is a bit tight but we happily oblige because we want to see this kind and hospitable husband and wife team succeed and serve more waiting customers.

The best Japanese sushi you can get in Richmond. The service is a bit rushed because bookings are only for 1.5hr but if you come as two it'll feel a little less rushed. They're only open for dinner on a select few days so make sure you plan and book ahead
