Chose this restaurant as I've followed the manager, Michael Kwok, around since his days at Floata, then Red Star, and now at Kowloon Delight. Hosted my son's high school grad family dinner, and recently mom in law's milestone birthday party. The Great: food is fabulous as confirmed by my very picky MIL and extended family. The attached photos honestly don’t do this place justice.
Everything we ordered came out piping hot, straight from the kitchen hot, and incredibly fresh. The vegetables were crisp, the flavours bold, and every dish had positive comments from everyone.
The Peking duck was a touch on the fatty side, but hey, that’s the bird’s fault.
The green beans with minced pork were packed with savoury flavour and had a subtle kick, not too spicy.
