Sashimi, nagiri, and the rolls were fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Service was excellent.

Great value, but the negitoro rolls are not edible, they are too salty and sour and have scales in it.

Visited at 2:30PM. The customer service here is horrible. Ordered 2 items off their menu by the number, and the guy was irritated and told me he didn't know what the numbers mean. "Well it is your menu you go look it up." He needs to consider other options if he doesn't even want to serve the only customer & the only table at the time.
Furthermore, they have totally destroyed the ambience by playing rock music in a Japanese themed eatery, are you kidding!
Will never ever be visiting or ordering out at Sushi House ever again.
The food is so so, nothing worth mentioning.

Passing by the area, we stopped by this highly ranked restaurant, which has a name of serving Japanese food with a reasonable price. We were sitted right away, but they were actually quite busy for the to-go orders. Yet, service wasn't bad. We both agreed that food quality could be explained by you got what you're paying for.

Good food and service for the price. These people are really nice and kind. Service is fast. It is a small place but a warm restaurant. Parking might be an issue on busy hours. Park near TD in the corner and then walk.

The food was good! It wasn’t the best sushi I’ve ever had but it was really fresh. The salmon teriyaki was really wet- like there was a lot of extra liquid in the plate and the liquid didn’t have a flavour. The service was fantastic, our server went above and beyond for us

This restaurant is amazing. I have been eating here for years and seeing that it only has a 3.8 rating is shocking to me. They have great prices and very high quality fish, as well as great cuts. 5-stars all-around for me.

Ordered sushi platter on the phone. Two simple requirements for them was no raw food, no sashimi, just rolls. ... they end up making a platter consists of 80% raw food...

I couldn’t give zero rating for rude behaviour and bad attitude on Delivery person and don’t know how to be polite infront of their own customers.
I am not sure about the food, but discipline tells how they be in their work and I doubt on their integrity.
I can also see multiple reviews on price they charge and lot of reviews which says they are rude!
God help them to be kind..

Sushi House @ Continental Shopping Centre Richmond BC. Convenient location. Food quality, fresh + delicious but a bit pricey. Nice + friendly service staff. Free parking but not many spots in front of the restaurant.
