I recently dined at SYU and had a great experience overall. The ambiance is like small Izakaya. Each dish was beautifully presented and Aburi sushi was fresh and delicious but a bit on the pricier side.
(I remembered one piece of Toro was $12) The squid dish was rich and creamy but a bit salty for my taste. Our server was very friendly!

We ordered the lunch udon set, alongside some appetizers and small dishes, and it was pretty tasty and fulfilling? They offer cold or hot udon for the set. Definitely worth the price, roughly around $22.
