I went to this (kind of) hidden gem in Richmond for some quality Japanese food and it DID NOT disappoint. I got the Unagi Set, the Sashimi Set, and the Sushi Set, and the Matcha Gelato.

The place is so well designed with a Japanese style interior!! It was nice and mostly quiet. Service is a bit slow - We tried calling our server over but it took quite a while for them to take our order…

Food was amazing. The tempura which came with the set...

I came here with my 2 year old daughter. Food is great, and clean, with a lot of good choices for the kid and we actually had a nice, quality meal. Kids friendly, and staffs are really nice. Parking available in the building. Highly recommend.

Food was definitely on the pricier end, about $300 for 7 dishes (1 dish not included in photo)

We came for Mother’s Day dinner and expected it to be busy for the occasion, but we were disappointed to see each dish come out 15-20 minutes after the other. It took a really long time for our food to come out that we almost considered asking to cancel one of our orders.

The price of the food combined with the slow delivery, I’m not sure if...
