Tak Fook's roast duck rice noodles are my favorite. The ingredients are well proportioned and marinated. I have been eating it for more than ten years. I sincerely recommend it. It is really delicious.

Tak Fook Noodles and Congee shop in Parker Place is a true delight for lovers of Hong Kong-style cuisine. Their BBQ pork on rice is excellent, and the roast duck is simply great. all bones and barely any meat for ducks and chickens. Portion is super small too, ridiculous and is more expensive than most other bbq place let alone it’s only a food

The food quality and taste was decent. I ordered BBQ duck with rice/ soup and the duck was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. However, I do wish the duck can be a bit more savoury as it is lacking some flavour compare to other places I’ve had in the past. To sums up, this place serves food in a good portion with a relatively cheap price (It’s a great location if you want to hit your macros quickly).

I personally think this is the best roasted duck in Vancouver. I ate it many years ago. The boss retired and the new boss marinated. The marinade tastes right, but when it is roasted, the skin is not as crisp as it used to be, and the duck skin is under the skin. Some of the oil is not forced out, and the others are okay. I have learned 80% of the knife skills.

New owners are cheap. There are lots of other restaurants in Parker Place that will give you better food.
