AYCE is a great value as we found the food to our liking ie: not salty, oily or mostly deep fried with the items I CHOOSE. I felt there was a fair amount of meat options considering the pricing but everything we tried was delicious other than the tough beef brisket which was not the best cut and lots of untrimmed fat. My favorites were the stewed pork bones and the chicken with green onion sauce as both were so delicious...
