Came for a light lunch before a prix fixe dinner and decided to try something different. We ordered just a light lamb soup, stirfried cauliflower, and a stewed lamb. Me and my dad and mom came in a raining Sunday night. The place was busy and parking lot was full taking us some wait to find a spot. The servers were very warm and friendly and food was exceptionally flavorful and true. We did not have reservation so the wait time was about 30min. My mom was a lamb aficionado and always wanted to find the authentic lamb dishes of her childhood and this place met her expectations and super satisfied. Ordered grilled lamb rack, fried potato slices, lamb soup, lamb dumplings, grilled pancake. The best dish was the lamb rack. The second best dish (close 2nd) were the dumplings. Fantastic, the juice inside had a strong lamb flavor. The fat on there was so perfect with the dried spice, it may be the best lamb fish I've had all year. The soup was good but unexciting. The potatoes were actually quite a bit better than I expected.
