I ordered the Tonkotsu Teppan. Based on their display photo, I felt dubious about the crispiness of it since it would evidently be covered in sauce. Well, despite being covered in sauce, the Tonkotsu had a nice light crunch and juicy pork flavour. However if you're hoping for a more serious crunch, you'll have to look elsewhere for Tonkotsu not covered in sauce. For under $14, you get a big thick Tonkotsu, large serving of rice with some corn and green onion, and a miso-broth...
Great Food, Always Fresh.
This is the second time I had lunch here and both times I'm satisfied with the food. I had Salmon Fillet on my first visit (I forgot to take a picture) and have this Seafood Pasta this time. I have to wait for a bit both times, which I understand because they cook the food after you order, therefore it's so fresh when they serve. Prawns and fish are perfectly cooked. Ordered #1. It looked different from the photo, but the taste was great. Very satisfying. The price was around $14, which was very affordable, compared to what you could get at Richmond Centre.
