Thai Box is our #1 dining destination every time we're in Richmond. The service is excellent and the food is authentic Thai. We'll keep going back so long as that doesn't change.

I recently visited Thai Box Restaurant with my family, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish! The restaurant had a nice atmosphere to it and offered a variety of authentic Thai dishes. We tried to Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup, and yellow curry, and each dish was delicious. The staff were also attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food then this place is a must-visit.

We (party of 4) went here on Friday evening, mostly because of the excellent reviews. Based on our experience, I don’t understand the large number of 5 star reviews. It was ok. Service was ok. The younger server seemed very inexperienced but that’s fairly common these days.
But the food was unremarkable to disappointing. The Tom yam soup was good. As was the pad Thai. The green curry was way too thin and watery. It was spicy but not flavourful?
