Taiwanese beef noodle place near the SW corner of Richmond Public Market food court. Parking is available in the lot next to the food court. This place has takeout (meat on rice) combos, as well as noodle soup. I tried their Taiwanese beef noodle. Pretty decent taste. Nice large chunks of brisket. Soup was decent too.
