I had two meals here so far. I requested no spicy and less sauce for the second meal. They gave me exactly what I requested. I love Thai food. Thank you.

I ordered Pad Thai and it was really bland. It was just spicy and no other flavour. Very disappointed.

Ordered delivery & although fast the food is extremely salty.
I won't order from them again unfortunately
I don't usually leave reviews but today at Thai express. They completely forgot about manners. I order my usual #4 with chicken which I have never had an issue with. The gentleman if we can call him that. Immediately started talking with his mouth completely full of food, that it was coming out. Not only could I not understand him but he just kept going on and on about something to finally ask me which one? To prevent him from talking any more because I was grossed out. I just repeated my order. When I got my order it was obviously wrong. I went to complain and a lovely lady helped me fix it I had mentioned to her to speak to him. I don't understand why he would not give me what i ask for. Apparently what he was saying is that I had the option to change the meat portion. If I wanted to change it I would of said so... simple. Shout out the the lovely lady that simple just changed it with no complaint. She mentioned the same issue was happening all day. Respect to handling it professional. The only reason its getting 3 stars is because of her!

Not sure about the food but the service was horrible. This is my first time getting a takeout from this place and they gave me this to carry it in my hands and when I asked for a takeout bag. He said it’s $.25 for a bag. I should’ve rather not tipped and had a bag to go. It is too embarrassing for me to walk into stores while I’m shopping with a takeout cutlery and a bill and a napkin in my hand.

Used to serve good Basil fried rice. Always took very spicy level. Would give a five-star for the previous Basil fried rice.
Today I ordered the same basil fried rice at very spicy level. However, I can hardly see any pepper in the meal. And it's twice as spicy as before, I cannot even finishing it. Stomach aches as I eat.
I doubt that they replaced real pepper with Oleoresin capsicum, so you can see no pepper, nor does it smell spicy, but tastes spicy as the hell and gives you stomach ache.
Moreover, they seems to forget add salt into the meal. It's not important because I cannot finish eating anyway. But the new chef
definitely needs some training.
We ordered the lobster pad thai which was disappointing for $23. Too expensive. There was barely any lobster. Although ample portion. Selected medium spice level, it wasn't that spicy. My fiance had mild, and it was bland.

I had ordered stir fry however while making a selection chose the thin rice noodle. I was devastated cause I avoid rice at all costs due to personal reasons. I realized it soon and placed a call. The website mentioned closed however they still responded. They were so polite even while they said that the order has been made. I kept requesting and gave them an alternative to which they agreed. These guys are so nice they sent me the change as I had requested the alternative and never even charged me for it. You all are doing a fabulous job at customer service and satisfaction.
I used to like coming here alot, but today I ordered the beef thai fried rice today and it was the hardest rice I’ve ever had. The grains were chalky. Barely see any beef. Chefs were on their phones and hiding them in takeout boxes. Disappointing.
It was pretty good for a food court. Cooks were busy stir frying non stop. Food was cooked fresh and arrived hot. Thai milk tea could then cool you down. Food and drink were both on the sweet side, but no complaint for food in food court. Prices were a bit more expensive than expected. I still think it is one of the better choice in the food court. Sure, I could have better alternatives if I had more time or wanted to sit down to have a proper meal.
Good taste of dirty wok. Staff can’t even answer a question about how spicy their spicy pad Thai is. Btw the spicy is very mild.
Horrendous food, avoid at all costs. Ordered chicken dumplings via uber only received half of what I ordered. Not only that but the filling was slimy and sticky… we all know what happened next. If u don’t want food poisoning don’t eat here
