I don’t like leaving negative feedback. Today’s food was barely edible. This is not the first time at this location nor the same order. But today the food tasted burnt. Dry. Too sticky. The Imperial Roll — horrible. I ate it but I don’t think it was a good idea.
I’ve eaten at this chain dozens of times and this specific branch many times. Never complained before. Not sure why today was bad.
Parking: I don’t know why but all of Richmond was at the mall. Parking was really challenging

I ordered the Pad Thai and it didn’t taste good at all. It’s too sweet and too much sauce, didn’t look like an original Pad Thai.

Pricey for a food court
Passie oil $16.78 including tax
It's stir-fried right in the wok and there's plenty of shrimp.
The seasoning is a bit strong, but the taste is good.

This particular Thai Express is wonderful. With all the places in the food court, where they serve pre prepared food in a hot tray, this place makes their food to the order - fresh and tasty. We had the Tom Yum Soup (the appetizer version - kiddie portion), General Thairacha and Pad See Ew. All of the dishes were aromatic, tasty and out of this world. The beef was well marinated and cooked. The portions are quite generous. I asked them to makeine with extra ginger and they obliged (of course for a very small cost).
I loved it and will definitely be back again!!
Vegetarian options: Almost all dishes can beade with Tofu or Vegetables.

The reviews had me worried, but I had a serious craving for a tofu pad Thai and it was great! I had the mild version and it was plenty tasty with of tofu buried inside. Portion was good too.

I got the pad thai $16.78 take out from the food court and turned out it was a tiny little box like a size of a fist, not even half of the size if you eat there. Ridiculous, like a scam.

My Thai Soup with Chicken was fresh and I liked the fact that it was prepared in front of us. A nice light lunch
Parking: Lots of parking at the Mall
Kid-friendliness: No need to be too concerned if kids are messy … the Foodcourt is casual and very well maintained. Super clean thanks to the super staff
Wheelchair accessibility: This is a great Foodcourt with elevators to the dining area

I really enjoy their mini Tom Yum soup with shrimp. It's just the right portion for one person, tastes great, and the price is reasonable. However, my friend ordered something else and didn't quite fancy the flavor. Maybe next time I'll try something different, but personally, I think the Tom Yum soup is really delicious.
