My Thai Soup with Chicken was fresh and I liked the fact that it was prepared in front of us. A nice light lunchParking: Lots of parking at the MallKid-friendliness: No need to be too concerned if kids are messy … the Foodcourt is casual and very well maintained. Super clean thanks to the super staffWheelchair accessibility: This is a great Foodcourt with elevators to the dining area

I really enjoy their mini Tom Yum soup with shrimp. It's just the right portion for one person, tastes great, and the price is reasonable. However, my friend ordered something else and didn't quite fancy the flavor. Maybe next time I'll try something different, but personally, I think the Tom Yum soup is really delicious.

We would eat here again. Friendly service - cashier answered my questions politely. Made sense that extra protein would cost more. Good portion in my opinion. Very full. Fresh ingredients and cooked on the spot. Always appreciate the option to choose your spicy level. Met my expectations taste wise.

I tried to use a reward on the Thai Express app and they had no clue how I could use it. They could potentially use some retraining to support users using the app. But, food is good!

Got takeout from Thai Express in Richmond Centre the other day and found out they recently launched their new Cloudles and Chick N Beef items! Here's what I ordered: General Thai Mango (Cloudles) Pad Thai (Chick N Beef) Tom Yum Soup The General Thai Mango was delicious but I would recommend sticking with the plain rice it comes with instead of upgrading to Cloudles as I felt that the deep fried chips were a little bit stale For my Pad Thai I upgraded to Chick N Beef! I love that you get some extra protein with this option. It's a classic dish I keep coming back to and the portion is insanely huge I felt the Tom Yum Soup was the one that fell from expectation, the noodles were too soft and soggy despite it being separated from the soup base. Would definitely recommend the General Thai Mango and Pad Thai though!

I have known Thai Express since the OLD Richmond Centre foodcourt downstairs. I used to be disappointed with their food specially the pad thai. Now the taste, flavor & ingredients have improved a LOT. I'm so happy. I now love their spicy pad thai. I don't have to go to Granville Island to taste a good pad thai. ?Vegetarian options: You have options not to have meat...

Slow service. One top of that, there’s way too many unreasonable over charges for add ones.We ordered a Vegan Cauliflower Stir-fry bowl and we were charged $3.60 EXTRA for the cauliflower rice when it’s a cauliflower bowl to start with. They also said we have to pay 25 cents for their tap water. We ended up paying $41 for 2 Vegan Cauliflower bowls and a bottled water. Restaurant prices for food court food ??‍♀️

I read the reviews and wonder if people have too much expectation from a food court, so I went anyway because I usually like Thai Express’s Pad Thai. I ordered very spicy and it was just sweet. Thai food can be sweet but this was another level, it wasn’t a good sweet. It was far from delicious or even acceptable in term of taste. The wok skill was there. The service was horrendous. I asked for chilli fish sauce because it was too sweet and I got sweet fish sauce (and a side of eyes rolling). So I ask for some chilli sauce and that wasn’t spicy or even a Thai chilli sauce at all. They made me feel like I bothered them by asking for sauce so I didn’t bother after 2 tries.I will never have Thai Express at this location again. If the food is good, I’ll over look the rude service because I know food industry can be tiring, they are busy most of the time! But when the food is bad and the service is horrible, no thank you!
