This place is always hit and miss, we waited about 10 mins just to have our name put down for a table, and then another 15 to get a table, our server was very nice however and attentive. Which again can be hot or miss, this is a great place to watch a game or to have some light fun, food is pretty standard but done well. Great atmosphere if your into sports. Very casual and can bring family and kids alike

Parking: It’s in a plaza so lots of parking and there is also a 4 level lot which is always the best bet

Kid-friendliness: Has good food options for kids and lots of tvs

Suzanne the server was incredibly rude to me and basically treated me and my entire table like we were insects who didn’t even matter at all. She was the rudest server I have ever had in this bar and one of the rudest I’ve ever met in the entire industry in Richmond.

Doesn't exist. Bad service. 49 min wait for ice and a shot ? Seriously. I have been a steady customer since the beginning. I've lived in Richmond 13 years. Canadian brewhouse is all Ive known. Now this nastiness. No. Eff that. Eff you. A your servers. I came here in COVID
With partitions. An now you treat me like I'm crazy. *uck you

We came to have dinner and watch the SNF game before driving home back over the border. We waited close to 10 minutes up front and had to walk in the dining area to find someone to seat us. Once seated, we had to grab our own menus and wait another 10 minutes before receiving service. My daughter received her burger and finished eating before my husband and I received our meals. We also never got any water after asking. My poke bowl was also missing the edamame, but since our server never came to check on us, I couldn't even tell her about it until we paid. It was obvious that they were understaffed, but you would hope that a FOH manager would be available to check in and help to check on customers. Food was thankfully good, but not sure if we would go back.

Every day has a different deal. I really like the shrimp on the steak. Just the steak we ask for medium rare but taste a bit overcooked.

Our servicer on the 13th of October , Mr Nick Thiessen was amazing…..he was so personable..the atmosphere was great other than the hockey teams that were there and the coaches/parents that were letting the kids run a’amuck” . We will definitely be back because of Nick! We were on our “Anniversary trip to Nashville” Cathy and Mike and Ellie and Clint.

Everytime I go to this place there is something wrong with the food. Either ice cold, completely wrong order. The food in general is awful!
