Got a terrible overpriced baguette sandwich with some sort of spongy fake meat in it, tasted like cardboard.

After a long trip, It was nice to find a place with healthy meals ! And thanks to the wonderful person who kept my book for me until it found its way back home all the way to Australia! The amazing team were amazing and diligent.

If they could charge you more, they would. It’s a rip off along with many more restaurants at this airport. Once great, greed has ruined my experience and opinion of YVR.

they do not give free tap water with a very hot paid coffee... I do not give a free review... I'll never coming back.

I realize airport anything costs more, but $30 for a coffee, bottle of water and a breakfast bagel? The bagel was like $17, so I assumed it would be amazing. The flavour was nice, but it was soooo wet that it was falling apart in my hands and leaking through the wrapper. I had to throw almost half away before I wore it. The sauce and tomato were the main culprits here... so, not very satisfied, still kinda hungry. The coffee was good, staff are nice

Their bagels are fresh and flavourful! I also tried the chai latte which was excellent as well. Quite expensive, but not more so than other places at the airport, and definitely better quality!

Food is great but just 1 person working the whole operation. Gave her a great tip as obviously a management issue but very stressful experience for long line of customers needing to make flight connections. Took 25 min to be served.

All things at YVR-or any airport-are expensive, but in comparison, this place is at least twice as much product for half the cost of Starbucks! Served up fast and very polite. True, just black coffee and a muffin, but the coffee was good and the muffin was a feast! No fluffy cake mix here! The tip took me over 10$ with whatever tax BC may be charging. No pics-I was hungry!
Not sure about the other food but I always enjoy their muffins, they are a little expensive but massive and taste great.
19.45 for a drink and a muffin. I know it's an airport but that is insane. The muffin was $12. And then they asked for a tip. When you are charging 12$ for a muffin dryer than the sahara that tastes like saw dust, you should be embarrassed to ask for a tip. Will not waste money here again.

Don’t order any oat latte drinks. I did and the cappuccino smelled of something weird. I reported to the staff member and she said the oat milk was fresh and refused to refund my order. Very disappointed as I am a big fan of JJBean coffee. 😔

Got breakfast vegetarian wrap here. The tortilla was sticking on the paper it was rolled in. It was hard to each. It seemed like the wrap was made 5 days ago and they just heat it up straight out of the fridge and gave it to me

Worst customer service - very slow and will look you in the eye and not help you. Didn’t have the standard everything bagel available only the ones that cost you an arm and a leg, so I got the driest blueberry muffin known to man as a replacement. Don’t waste your time or money here.
