Very good experience. Can't ever go wrong with The Keg. Amazing service A+++, very attentive and friendly. Food was on point as always.
Service was wonderful- the right balance of attention and discretion. The food is dependable as always
Probably one of the best Kegs I've been to. And I've been to most of them throughout Canada. Our server Jordan was very helpful and curtious. Thanks for the great experience. Its our favorite chain restaurant.

Disappointing. Waitress was inattentive most of the evening, as she had other bigger tables whom she paid a lot more attention to. Also, the Yorkshire puddings they recently added to the menu were way, WAY too dense. They are supposed to be light and fluffy, the ones we were served could have been used as a boat anchor. We wanted to tell the waitress, but again, she was busy with other tables. Just a disappointing night overall.
We came here for my 70th Birthday and we ordered escargot's for a starter but were served warm not hot, One of steaks had to sent back because it was overcooked, the 10 oz. The baked potatoe was cold and sent back but the Filet Mignon was cooked perfect, but was not wrapped in bacon as advertised. Drew our waiter was first class and highly recommend him.
The steak was so dry and salad was too salty, the worse was I put remark for birthday and the waiter didn’t ask and leave us the bill after meal instead of a cake, wasn’t worth the price and tips, wouldn’t come back again

I’ve been to this restaurant many times, but this visit left a very poor impression. First, the server gave us a very small table even though I saw plenty of larger empty tables available. What disappointed me the most was that the baked potato and the soup were served cold.

My partner and I had dinner last night our server wasn’t nice and order the crab cake as per server recommendation.., wasn’t great at all and we didn’t want to point it out as the entire time the server was just not having it at all and careless, entrée was fine but again the server never checked in. Nor said bye when we paid to leave.

My steak was terrible. The server made it right. By the time I got a new steak my wife was finished her meal.
My partner and I had an early dinner in the lounge. The ambiance and service were superb. The food was tasty and well presented. The only drawback with the Keg on #5 Road in Steveston is the building is a wee bit dark and dated.
4 appetizers, 2 entrees and one kids meal shouldn't cost $200. In addition, we paid with gift cards with no tip option.
As soon as I sat down, I told the waiter that it was my wife's birthday tonight, but there was no complimentary dessert or birthday song sung to celebrate.
We ordered the calamari as appetizer, the taste was good but it was greasy. My friend and I both ordered the Keg Classic with Prime rib, the prime rib was salty and dry. I have to give credit to you guys on the portion size of the food, they are all very decent. And, thank you for the free dessert for the birthday girl!
