The grilled fish here is affordable and the taste is decent. However, the servers were too loud, chatting with each other at full volume throughout the meal. It really took away from the dining experience.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is simple but absolutely delicious. I especially love their Lanzhou noodles — hand-pulled and tasting incredibly authentic. For a late-night craving, it’s perfect to come here with friends, order a bowl of Lanzhou noodles, some skewers, and enjoy a few beers together.
Very good lanzhou noodles and beef soup amazing portions and there pork skewers are amazing would recommend this place if you are in richmond

Updated 2025.08.03 Tian Shi Fu No. 3 has become a new favorite to us for late night dining in the immediate area. You take a table, an order menu, tick off the items you wish to order, my request was nothing spicy. After some time passes by, your food order starts appearing.
We ordered 1 Skewered Lamb, 35 Garlic Cucumber, 58 Braised Pork Rice, 59 Garlic Noodles, Qingdao. I thought everything was quite tasty, except the garlic cucumbers were too spicy for my taste. The flavors, textures, it was all quite a dazzling dining experience of Asia in an English speaking country.
Their free WiFi connected but no internet. Credit cards accepted but not Amex.
