Their chili fried pork was originally my favorite in Vancouver. Now the taste has changed, the meat used has also changed, and it has become spicier. I can only taste the spicy taste without any fragrance. So sad. . . . There is one less store I love.

I’m very happy that I have stumbled upon this place. I was looking forward to visit Richmond as I missed my Chinese tasty cuisine.
The waitresses were all very friendly and helpful. I even witnessed them handling an irrational customer. I thought they handled really well especially being a business owner in the customer service industry myself. I really a great service.
Besides from that, Good alternative for late night Chinese food cravings .Service is fast and Price is reasonable. Staff very considerate and accommodating.
So the current rating doesn’t do them any justice. I hope you will enjoy your meal as much as we did.

Grilled fish has always been my favorite, and the price is also very good... There are very few places in Richmond where you can eat a bowl of noodles for less than 15 dollars. The point is that it is delicious and unique, and it is a place that I often come to...

I would like to report the restaurant’s manager, Alice, a short, middle-aged woman with glasses and short hair. I've been a regular at this restaurant since 2018, and recently, I had a potential business collaboration opportunity, so I thought of Tian Shi Fu first. However, from the very first conversation I had with this person, she exhibited extreme impatience. Despite sending her follow-up messages, she completely ignored them. So, I decided to order takeout today and simply inquire about the situation. Unsurprisingly, she remained extremely aggressive. Even though the restaurant was packed, she loudly questioned why I was speaking to her in an “unfriendly” way and asked why I had come to argue with her. Her behavior is simply incomprehensible. Because this was a potential collaboration, I made every effort to communicate respectfully and courteously from the start. Yet she had no qualms about venting her personal frustrations onto me, which is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, as I was leaving, Alice continued to hurl insults at me, making me feel like I was being driven out by her. Throughout this entire process, I felt no sense of respect that one would expect, especially given that I was there as a CUSTOMER.

First, as a restaurant manager, shouting in a full restaurant and acting as though she was ready to fight a customer who was simply there to place an order is extremly unprofessional. Moreover, I noticed that after our argument, even though my order had long been prepared and placed on the counter, she intentionally delayed bringing it to me, making me wait an additional 20 minutes. It was only after everyone else around me had left that I approached another server and finally received my order. I won’t comment further on this behavior—it was simply revolting.

Secondly, I want to explain the process of trying to collaborate with Tian Shi Fu so that other business owners who see this review know what to expect and can save themselves some time. I initially attempted to speak directly with the owner. However, despite the owner being present, he had Alice, this floor manager, communicate with me. I specifically asked during our first conversation if she had the authority to make decisions, and Alice’s exact words were that she was the manager and was responsible for everything in the restaurant, and that I should communicate directly with her about any matters. The next day, I followed up with a message, but she completely ignored it. When I later went to the restaurant to order food, I encountered the situation described in this review.

In fact, if you want to pursue any collaboration with this restaurant, you must, and can only, go through Alice. But this woman has no authority to make any decisions because she has to confirm everything with the real owner. Yet she acts like the owner, holding herself in very high regard, and worst of all, showing no consideration for potential business opportunities for the owner. Objectively speaking, I’m not sure if Alice’s behavior represents the restaurant’s overall ethos, but regardless, as a manager, she has no right to prioritize her personal emotions over the owner’s interests while on the job. This is outright dereliction of duty, and she does not have the authority to do so. (For those interested, feel free to check the restaurant’s Google reviews, as there have been numerous complaints about Alice’s poor service for over six years, with many users mentioning her arrogant and rude responses, leaving many with unpleasant memories of their experience here).

To Alice, I hope you can put aside your personal emotions and do your job professionally, with a smile for the customers who come to dine. If I hear one more unnecessary word from you, I will gather all the negative comments about you from the past six years and publicly expose your behavior at Tian Shi Fu across all social media platforms. If you think that just because business is good, you can disregard customer experiences,

The portion was a bit disappointing. Less meat, noodles were too soft. The soup just like add plain water on the stir fly meat.

First time being served by Lisa, she was very rude and didn't let people finish speaking before interrupting. Talks down to customers.

Food is TERRIFIC! Atmosphere is BUSY, low key appearance (sort of worn, needs a face lift), fast service. May be a line...but the food is TOP SHELF!
