Just 10 minutes ago, I bought breakfast sandwiches for myself and my family.I ordered a BLT bagel first, then I asked the cashier, David Mah, if they had bacon with a bagel instead of a muffin. He was annoyed and asked if I didn't want the BLT. I explained that I wanted to order more and specifically requested bacon with a bagel. He responded sarcastically, as he must expect I should know the menu.Throughout the entire ordering process, he didn't respond to anything else I ordered, so I had to check the cash register to make sure he entered everything correctly. This Tim Hortons location in British Columbia has provided the worst service I've ever experienced, and it's unfortunate because it's the busiest one.I really hope David Mah can find a different job where he can rest and be happier instead of hating his current job and treating customers poorly.

Horrible customer service. The cashier spoke too fast with an accent I couldn’t understand. staff was rolling her eyes and shakes her head. When I asked her about rolling eyes and head shake she pretended nothing happened.

Tim's Hockey Picks FTW!Scored myself a weeks free coffee on the hockey picks and swung by this joint for the first time when on the go waiting to haul a flight for a yummy dark roast blend.Note.. they have the majority of non-dairy options here only missing out on soy milk which is dope!

This location is well stocked with all sorts of baked goods. Service is quick and the line goes quickly. Lining up took longer than getting my order. Good experience and some seating within the fast food joint and lots of seating surrounding it. Close to gate 80.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible and located within the US terminal

I asked for a drink on the menu, but they said it wasn't there, so while I was choosing another drink, the staff folded their arms and sighed.I ordered one of the drinks on the menu and was told they didn't have it. When I delayed my order to change to another drink, the staff crossed their arms in front of me and sighed. The service was really bad and it made me have a bad memory of Vancouver.

The food is standard but the service is poor. Three staffs there keep chatting all the time. Only one person is doing her job technically while other two are just wandering. It’s not very busy but still have a few people are waiting.The tables are chairs are not clean.

Horrible service. When I was purchasing 4 donuts a cashier girl said I should take 2 more cause it will be cheaper for me so I did. When I saw a receipt there was no discount so I went back to the counter and asked what’s the gain, and the girl said that I picked the wrong donuts and there is no discount :( so I ended up with 2 extra donuts I don’t need, feeling scammed :,) Also they gave the wrong coffee and looked very annoyed.
