Not sure where is this Tim going… employees are rude , don’t know how to take your orderThis is closest Tim Horton to my work place throughout the years it’s been getting worseIt’s not rocket science just takes little bit extra work enthusiasm which employees here don’t have

Got all orders wrong at drive-thru.Got our Turkey bacon club without a trace of any turkey. Ordered an ice coffee with soy milk (repeated that 3 times to make sure as I can’t take dairy) and the guy said “ okok I got the soy milk!” Came to the window and asked to make sure again but a guy said they don’t offer soy milk. Better off going to l the branch over at Bridgeport, have had no problem there.

My recent experience at Tim Hortons today was nothing short of disappointing. Despite purchasing a take-12 coffee carafe and 20 Timbits, the service I received left much to be desired. To my dismay, the majority of the employees seemed more focused on socializing amongst themselves in a language I couldn't understand, rather than attending to customers. When I finally managed to draw their attention to my order - 8 minutes later, it was as if they were completely unprepared and unaware of my outstanding order. Despite seven employees being in the vicinity, it took what felt like an eternity for someone to even acknowledge me standing by the pickup area with a receipt in hand and inquire about my order. The lackadaisical response from the staff further exacerbated my frustration. The inefficiency continued as I waited an additional 4 minutes for my coffee to be prepared, only to be asked if I wanted milk and cream after the fact. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. It took yet another reminder for them to fulfill such a basic request, making me question the competence of the staff.Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was a complete waste of time. While the employees seemed content to waste patrons' time with their casual banter, they failed to uphold even the most basic standards of professionalism and service. It's clear that Tim Hortons could benefit from observing the efficient operations of establishments like McDonald’s and Starbucks, where customer satisfaction is prioritized and service is delivered with precision. Until Tim Hortons addresses these glaring issues, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
