I ordered a warp on Tim Hortons App, and go pick up. I was in a hurry to drop off my son to a class. When I arrive, I was told they cannot do wrap today. Then why can I order wrap on the app? My son left hungry to a class. I have no time to wait, so I asked for refund. but when I was home after few hours, I didn’t receive the refund. I won’t go this location again.I got the refund.
This store is so terrible, the staff chatted in their native dialect while taking orders. As a result, my two orders were wrong! After the reaction, the attitude of the service staff was particularly bad! They also teased the guests with their native dialect (I could feel the unfriendliness from the expressions on their faces when they interacted with each other). I will definitely never come to this store again.
