Arrive at around 3pm , hardly anyone there but still have to wait in line for well over 10 min in order to order food and drink. Timmy donuts and coffee are good but the service is not efficient at all especially compared to MacDonald. Otherwise the place is clean and decent.
This time, though, I received fantastic service from Kiranpreet. I wanted to order half a dozen donuts, including a special one, and she helped me with my order. When I realized I couldn’t use my coupon, she kindly assisted me in redoing the transaction with a smile.
