Overall 2 stars, i come here nearly every morning i order a double stack farmer wrap with extra sauce its 50/50 i either get extra sauce or no sauce everytime i ask for extra kinda annoying

Ordered two sandwiches and coffee but that took 10 minute.The sandwich was cold and no butter. This place used to good but not anymore. Other people were also waiting longer than usual for simple orders compared to other locations. Not going to this location anymore. š”

Coffee tasted like water with milk. Asked to get a freshly brewed coffee and after waiting 10 minutes got the same thing again.

Was in line 4th person back and the Timmyās worker was talking to the customer lady and was holding up the line talking about how busy shopping has been and Tim lady said she hasnāt even started and doesnāt look forward to it ā¦ shop for her mom sister for me to sigh ācome on!āTim Horton lady looked up and can tell I was annoyed and was like oh sorry Iām holding up the line šš Then was a bit snappy at me when I ordered my coffee āļø coffee was Good tho

I had a very rude interaction with Allison today as she was scolding me on apparently jumping the line, as I looked back there was no one there.. as I explained this to her she started to rudely say I jumped the line.. she is very rude I can't believe I was spoke to this way and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't one in.. then she just said ur hot water is over there go get it and leave.. I can't believe I was spoken to this way.. Allison needs to learn how to speak to people in a nice manner

Love the view out from the window, very cozy atmosphere here, moreover the employees are very sweet and friendly (should not but would like to mention one of the employees name Rupinder she was very polite and generous).

I have visited many other Tim Hortons locations, but this one stood out because it was neat and clean. The atmosphere was pleasant, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee. The service was also fast and efficient, which made the experience even better.

Terrible service. My girlfriend ask the salad sauce to be served on the side twice when we ordered. The salad was still served with dressing on top. We kindly asked the cashier (first name initial is H) to replace the salad. We also noted to H that we have mentioned dressing on the side when we ordered. H, clearly missed what we just said, immediately complained that we should have specified this when we ordered. We restated that we have asked dressing on the side when we ordered. H, unwillingly, reached out to her manager. We told the manager what happened, and the manager immediately said they can replace it. Throughout this time H was obviously upset about us, which was really astounding. The rest of the staff was actually not bad.

Whole store smelled like bathroom skunk, and the lady at the order counter was rude and impatient. She didnāt want to repeat herself when I asked her what she just said. She spoke too quietly with a side eye and I couldnāt hear a word she was mumbling. She didnāt have any smile on the whole time she was serving including other customers and was frowning the entire time. If shes hates her job so much she should really quit. Avoid this store!
