Charging $35 for two sandwiches and no sides would be considered highway robbery if the overworked lady didn't take 10 minutes to heat up bland burgers on dry bread. Judging by the consistency of the same complaints I've now seen of the reviews of this place the owner should put in some effort. Zero stars.

What a disaster, firstly it’s insanely expensive. They issue you a WARM bottled drink from behind the counter, it’s room temperature like they’re trying to save money by not actually providing chilled drinks. If I picked this out of the fridge myself I would immediately put it back; I don’t pay a premium for room temp drinks. Then we’re sitting around waiting for 20 minutes, nobody had called our order number and they just leave it waiting there. No ketchup provided, there’s literally no supplies like napkins or ketchup out. There was only 1 person working the register with 10+ people in line so you can’t even ask them for anything, I stood there waiting to talk to someone and just got ignored and gave up. The ONLY reason they have business is because of their location. Don’t eat here unless you are absolutely desperate, and get your own COLD drink from the vending machine across from this place. These clowns also charged $85 for 2 burgers and 1 chicken strips, self-serve. LOL 👎

I was served with burnt burger. This is the second time I and my son ate here. This is the fastfood open at that time. Calling the attention of the restaurant owner..does being a one-time customer because it is in airport give you the excuse to provide poor service? Please orient your staff. While I was placing my order, they were busy chatting instead of attending to me. Most of the time during the evening, no one is at the front to take orders. Stay away or buy food from a vending machine instead if everything is close except this. Also, during our first dine, at around 10 pm, they only serve chicken strips and fries.The food is not worth my money.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Airport British Columbia on July 17, 2025 around 9:00 PM. I placed an order for a chicken tender combo and asked my son to wait at our table—right in front of the cashier—while I stepped out briefly to purchase food from another store. When I returned, the order had still not been served. I approached a staff member to inquire about the delay and was met with a rude and unprofessional response. She even implied that the order had already been given, which was clearly not the case, as we had not moved from our seat. To make matters worse, I was not provided with a receipt for my order. This lack of documentation made it even more difficult to resolve the issue, and I was left feeling dismissed and disrespected as a paying customer. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope this matter will be addressed seriously. Good customer service should include clear communication, respect, and accountability—none of which I received that evening.
