The food is decent. Tonkotsu black soba is tasty. My dislike is their tap payment system defaults to a high tip option and no disrespect intended but this is a walk-up counter like McDonald's. To make it worse, they programmed their machine so that the cancel tip option is in French for several seconds before it reverts to English. Is this an innocent mistake or just a way to trick people to tap on a tip option? Message to this and all fast food counters...please remove...

Came looking for tsujiri and was surprised to find it's directly inside this Toyota dealership. It's really pretty! Had salmon poké and tonkatsu noodle, and a matcha latte. Delicious and refreshing.

Tsujiri at OpenRoad Toyota Richmond is a unique and authentic Japanese café experience. The matcha, green tea, and soba were all excellent, giving a real taste of Japan. While enjoying your food, you can look around at the Toyota cars, which adds a unique touch to the setting.
