One server was waiting on all the tables and bartending while 2 female servers stood at the end of the bar chatting to each other and letting him do all the work, ignoring customers.
Very disappointing that they were sold out almost all vegetarian options. The quinoa salad dressing was 99% vinegar with an undertone of lemon and absolutely not edible.

It was as expected. Decent place given it is inside an Airport.
We needed a place to have a beer and an okay meal before flying. Service was normal. Food was as expected. It wasn't that busy in the airport so wasn't busy there.
Didn't realize the Grilled Chicken Club was a chicken burger instead of a sandwich, but that was on me. The only thing that was funny was the ketchup was thin...

Just sat down with my daughter to eat a snack purchased at the right counter and was approached by a blond server of European descent who rudely announced that ‘this side of the restaurant is for drinks only ’ although no communication was posted. When I reminded her this is a public space she began to lecture me starting with ‘ sir, let me start again…… when I refused to leave she tried to ‘remind me again’ . Later another woman purchased a snack and also sat down. This time without the lecture.

A dollar fifty for a cup of water is insane; other nearby establishments would give you a cup of water for FREE. Period. It’s sad and desperate to see people wanna profit off essential items like water.
After waiting inside for 30 minutes, the white female server completely ignored us. I wonder if there was a racial discrimination undertone? An extremely, extremely, extremely disappointing experience. I don’t understand why such an employee is working here to serve people? And to shamelessly prompt customers for a tip option on the card machine—do you even deserve a tip?

This is the worst place ever! Way over priced for poor service, mediocre food. Drinks are double the price you would expect. In fact their prices are Higher than the Fairmont hotel lounge does the way where you can have high quality food, promp service in a great atmosphere. Don't get ripped off due to convenience. Go to Wendy's for cheap or if you want a great lounge, walk down the way to the Fairmont hotel.

FISH TACOS? MORE LIKE MINNOW TACOS
Gave me water with no ice and the water tasted funny. waiter also didn’t really seem to bother with us at all and we had to get up from the table to get the bill. Fish tacos were so small and the grilled chicken was weirdly chewy.

Bad and lazy service. Sat at the bar but none of 3 people behind it could serve me a drink, I had to wait for the 1 waiter to take my order. Power plugs at the bar didn’t work. Left after 15 minutes of waiting, no one really cared. On top of that, overpriced.
Don’t even bother. Have a drink or food at the airport.

Waited over 30 minutes for a menu and then waited so long for the server to come that I left. Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
Worst service ever. Waited ten minutes at our table before the server showed up, and they were not busy. We ordered and ate. Food is overpriced, but fine. We waved down a server for the check. She said she'd send our server over right away. We watched her tell him. Waited another ten minutes. Waved him down a send time and ten minutes after that, we waved him down a third time. He kept saying he'd be right back with our check. Finally, I stood up and waved my arms over my head to get the check. We asked for times and waited 45 minutes for the check. Server did not apologize, nor did he offer a discount. When we asked for a discount, we were denied. His attitude was infuriating. We asked to speak to the manger. Suddenly, we could get a discount of 10%. We said we'd wait for the manager. He told us it'd be a half hour wait for the manager. She showed up in less than ten minutes and gave us half off. I don't think she liked that he'd tried to get rid of us before she knew what happened. I did mention that I wondered how many people just walked out on the check
