The avocado chicken club is one of the most wonderful sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. I only ate it because my sister bought it in 2023, but once I got a taste I couldn’t stop—we were fighting for bites from each other. We had to go back on our way home from our trip because it was so good. 10/10 would recommend 🤤
I actually haven’t eaten here since 2023, but I got the avocado chicken club and still think about it to this day. I quite frequently reference it in my day-to-day life. I don’t know if it was because I was running on 3 hours of sleep but it was honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The chips were pretty good too. The price is a little insane, I will admit, but after getting it for the first time I went back for round 2. Solid sandwich

Waited for a while at the entrance to be seated (around 5-7 minutes) because the server was attending another table, so I ended up seating myself. She never came after serving her table to take my order, although the restaurant is really not that large so it is easy to see everyone inside. Only came to me after I waited for 10 minutes and flagged her down. Then she never brought my order and served all the other people who arrived after me.

I ordered a coffee and a hamburger, and the experience was very disappointing. The coffee tasted terrible, and I had to wait about 35 minutes for my food. The staff were disrespectful, and the manager was too busy playing on her phone to pay attention to customers.
Overall, a very bad experience. I do not recommend this place.
I stopped in at Urban Crave before going through security at YVR and was pleasantly surprised. My IPA was fresh and crisp with a solid hop character, and the beer list had a nice variety, which is rare for pre-security dining.
I ordered the BLT bowl, and it hit the spot for something light yet satisfying before a flight. The salad ingredients, especially the avocado and cherry tomatoes, were fresh and vibrant, which I didn’t expect in an airport setting. The food sits around a 3.0 to 3.5 for me: simple, honest, and done right.
What really stood out was the service. My server was exceptionally friendly and attentive, even with the usual airport rush. That kind of warmth and professionalism goes a long way when everyone is in transit mode.
The atmosphere is about a 3 to 4. It’s an airport restaurant, so there’s background noise and constant movement, but the space feels open and upbeat enough to relax for a bit.
All in all, Urban Crave delivers more than you’d expect for an airport stop. Great service, fresh food, and a good pint to send you on your way.

One server was waiting on all the tables and bartending while 2 female servers stood at the end of the bar chatting to each other and letting him do all the work, ignoring customers.
Very disappointing that they were sold out almost all vegetarian options. The quinoa salad dressing was 99% vinegar with an undertone of lemon and absolutely not edible.

It was as expected. Decent place given it is inside an Airport.
We needed a place to have a beer and an okay meal before flying. Service was normal. Food was as expected. It wasn't that busy in the airport so wasn't busy there.
Didn't realize the Grilled Chicken Club was a chicken burger instead of a sandwich, but that was on me. The only thing that was funny was the ketchup was thin...

Just sat down with my daughter to eat a snack purchased at the right counter and was approached by a blond server of European descent who rudely announced that ‘this side of the restaurant is for drinks only ’ although no communication was posted. When I reminded her this is a public space she began to lecture me starting with ‘ sir, let me start again…… when I refused to leave she tried to ‘remind me again’ . Later another woman purchased a snack and also sat down. This time without the lecture.

A dollar fifty for a cup of water is insane; other nearby establishments would give you a cup of water for FREE. Period. It’s sad and desperate to see people wanna profit off essential items like water.
After waiting inside for 30 minutes, the white female server completely ignored us. I wonder if there was a racial discrimination undertone? An extremely, extremely, extremely disappointing experience. I don’t understand why such an employee is working here to serve people? And to shamelessly prompt customers for a tip option on the card machine—do you even deserve a tip?

This is the worst place ever! Way over priced for poor service, mediocre food. Drinks are double the price you would expect. In fact their prices are Higher than the Fairmont hotel lounge does the way where you can have high quality food, promp service in a great atmosphere. Don't get ripped off due to convenience. Go to Wendy's for cheap or if you want a great lounge, walk down the way to the Fairmont hotel.

FISH TACOS? MORE LIKE MINNOW TACOS
Gave me water with no ice and the water tasted funny. waiter also didn’t really seem to bother with us at all and we had to get up from the table to get the bill. Fish tacos were so small and the grilled chicken was weirdly chewy.
