Ordered a coffee and a chai latte at the restaurant but the waiter said they didn’t have chai lattes. I ask a different waiter and he says yes, chai lattes were literally on the menu, the waiter forgot the chai latte beside the coffee maker, I saw him forgetting other people’s drinks as well. I got my coffee though and went up to pay for it because the service was very slow and poor. I told the cashier I was paying for my coffee and she started making me another one and I had to stop her. Finally paid for the coffee and ran far far away from this place never to look back again. This place seems to have very poor communication between the staff.

Urban Crave offers a diverse array of menu items from ramen to burgers. This diverse array of items becomes a problem since items cannot be made to a high standard. The service was poor with the servers not seating us until we got their attention. The food also took quite a long time to arrive after ordering. I would not recommend eating here since there are many better options including Wendy’s which is not even my favorite or try a local option such as Purebread bakery and coffee.
Parking: There is airport parking available which is all paid.

Me and my wife went in and sat down after 5 minutes I went to the counter for the take away shop to make sure there was table service and was told the server will come, I thanked them and sat back down to wait, after waiting for a total of 20 minutes and not getting so much as a menu or a hello, I went up to the bar and asked if I could order I was told ther server comes to the table.
Now at this point youd think the bartender would make sure the waiter atleast checks on us. No after 25 minutes of waiting we went to Pajos, I recommend the cod the portions were small but it was tasty, and service was quick and polite.
As for this place 1 star for food as the nothing I ate wasnt very filling 1 star for service because if I closed my eyes I could be convinced they didnt exist 3 stars for atmosphere it seemed kinda neat I really enjoyed the random water cup that sat on an empty table for my entire visit, very avant garde Picasso vibes truly.

The lady that worked there is genuinely the worst. Got there at 10 and wouldn’t stop complaining to all the patrons about how she had to close and clean the tables. Literally. I mean literally. The worst service I’ve had ever from any bartender I’ve ever met. I get it. You wanna go home. So do I. I’m stopping for a drink. Also. She asked everyone for a tip while also making them feel guilty for stopping by like it was a burden for her to serve us. I’d give negative stars if I could.

Our experience here was disappointing overall. We spent almost the entire day at the airport, and lunch was underwhelming — the ramen was too salty and didn’t taste authentic. We paid $55 in cash for a $52 bill but received no change. Later, for dinner, we had no other options, so we returned reluctantly for beer and sushi. Thankfully, the service was better this time; our server politely asked if we needed change, which we declined in appreciation of her good service. We wouldn’t have come back if there had been other choices.
Noisy, cramped with very slow service! Only two people and they we’re managing the bar, taking orders and delivering food.

There was not so much items to choose from but considering it is located in YVR, so can't complain but I must say it's a bit pricey. Still, if ever I go back to YVR, will still dine here again and order the same thing.
