Should have read the reviews before ordering. Pizza may not be microwaved, but it definitely was similar to a frozen pizza in the grocery store… just heated up..

It is the most expensive restaurant in Vancouver Airport . 5.5 ounce of white wine $17 CND ,
It is abusive and government should regulate those prices .
What a big difference with STANLEY PARK DRAFT meters apart where a 6 ounce of white wine is only $9.50 CND and also delicious culinary and professional service .
Honestly I don’t like to waste my money ….. never will visit Vino Volo again !!!!
Please anyone be careful with prices in Vancouver Airport.

Absolutely abysmal flat bread pizzas. Tiny. Overpriced. I'm told it was made by hand in a stone oven, but I've had better microwaved pizzas from a gas station.

Vino Volo locations in Canada are really going downhill. Tasting flight of white wines barely offered a mouthful per glass. Food was bland and pre-formed; all at good old airport prices Bad experiences at both breakfast and dinner so we've pretty much given up on VV.

Unfortunately, the service during my visit was quite disappointing. There were no utensils provided, and we weren’t even given water. When the food arrived, it was simply dropped off without any further attention. It would be helpful if the staff could ensure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meal

Went in here to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine and a cheese plate before boarding my plane. A family of 7 with kids came sat beside me - with another family of 3 kids sat behind me. I thought this was a wine bar? Why are there small children yelling around me? When I asked to move the girl rolled her eyes at me. When I did move I asked her why children were allowed in a wine bar. She said it’s not a wine bar - so why the name and wine served? Brutal. Won’t be going back. Don’t go here if you’re looking to relax before a long flight.

I always enjoy this as a substitute for an expensive airline lounge. Fly a low cost carrier, get some really good food and excellent wines before your flight. It's now open till 1030 or 11pm depending on the day. Great stop before a red eye. It's the Flair premium lounge lol

This was easily the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. As per their sign at the entrance, we waited to be seated while others happily sat themselves. The hostesses hardly seemed to notice or care and dealt with them first. There was zero concept of first in first out as we watched others orders being taken who came in well after us. After eventually ordering, the food runner eventually came out holding avocado toast and a pizza. He asked “did you order avocado toast?” To which we told him we did not. Unbeknownst to us we just gave away the pizza in his other hand which was apparently ours. He then brought it to a table which had just sat down before coming back 2 minutes later to place it on a different table. They then brought out my pesto chicken sandwich and accused us of refusing the pizza. We were never asked about a pizza being ours, only if we had ordered avocado toast. The runner then begins arguing saying it’s our fault we didn’t claim the pizza in his other hand as ours. We had wanted them to remake it but realizing the time, I asked our waitress to cancel the pizza due to our departure needs. We then were left sitting for another 10 minutes waiting on the bill, causing us to rush for our flight. We sat down at the restaurant originally with two hours to spare before boarding. This establishment had absolutely abysmal organization. Never brought us silverware, never checked on us/drinks, never asked us how the meal was.

It was really wonderful, the staff there are witty, sweet, charismatic, and kind. Sincerely the highlight of my long day of terrible flights and baggage losses. The staff are so kind, and are flexible with the atmosphere you want. Weather you need a moment to yourself to regroup from your travel, or someone to talk to, its always a refreshing visit.
The food is incredible, I highly recommend, not only was the food amazing but the presentation was wonderful also.
Thank you for the amazing experience.

Happened into here at the Vancouver International airport.
Pasta was properly cooked but tasted like it came out of a bag.
The pizza left much to be desired. I’ve had better pizza out of a box from the grocery store.
But hey…it’s the airport
Steer clear of this one

The staff were nice, but one spoke very little English. We pointed to the menu to be clear about what we wanted. I ordered a sparkling wine I had never had before, and I quite enjoyed it. My husband ordered a beer, and he said it tasted like it had grapefruit in it which he can't consume because of medication. When he inquired they were unable to answer a question and offered a taste of a different beer instead. We ordrered 2 flatbreads. My husband's chicken pesto was fine, but nothing I special. They did not put the basil on my cheese and basil pizza. I did ask when the server came, but she did not really understand at all. Overall, I would not return. It was not that bad, it was just very expensive for the overall experience.

Ordered my food and waited 30 minutes (even after inquiring about it 2 times) had to catch my flight and when I went up for a 3rd check I hear “why hasn’t this chicken dropped” and the white lady working there gave me an attitude saying “didn’t you already ask her about it? Then she’s taking care of it” needless to say I didn’t get the food…

I have no issues with the service whatsoever. However let me tell you about their food; I’ve gotten more food from a Costco sample than this joke of a $23 beef bolognese. I agree with the other review about this being a microwaved kids portion. They had this dish ready before the drink and it wasn’t even busy.
