The latte was good

Specificly came to waves for a iced chocolate, chocolate was barely melted so the milk was bland with chunks on the bottom.
My mom's latte was even worse though. First they forgot about it. Next they tried to put a shot of espresso in that had been sitting on the machine for over 5 minutes..... I called them out on it and she made a fresh shot, but tried to serve the expired shot to the next customer. Lastly, it wasn't even hot. They did end up make a new latte for her
I know they were busy, but there should still be standards. Suggest watching them make your drink if you care about what your getting.
3 stars only because I have had good service here in the past.

Ordered two hot drinks with a chocolate chunk cookie. With such a simple order, the food quality and taste was out of the park. The cookie was crisp on the outside but soft from the inside, as it should. And, the server did a fantastic job from start to finish.

It is a really nice vibe to enjoy your food on the patio seatings outside the cafe, with lightings and nice decor to make it lively.

Experienced horrible customer service at this waves location. The barista/cashier was not friendly at all and answered questions we had very rudely. Clearly the staff and management need much more customer service training. The only redeeming factor was the nice patio. Will not be coming back here ever again.

Ordered a matching rea and a matching latte. Takes awhile to cool down. Not many chairs outside when busy. One lady sat there 15 minutes saving 8 chairs by herslef. They stayed outside 5 minutes then went in. By that time we were leaving back on our bikes. Inside is spacious and very busy too. Time was after3pm on a Sunday.what steveston usually is when it is not raining.

There is no customer service at all, the staff need to be trained, especially Tony.
We will never come back.

Love the amount of seating. My go to spot for working in my computer/studying. It does get busy here so I usually check if there are seats before I order a drink and sit down.
